    Terrible. The room was smelly and dirty, the hand dryers were dirty, the bed on the couch was broken and they didn't repaired it. We left the room in the morning and they didn't clean, the stuff was unfriendly and was talking to us in French really fast even tho we made it we don't speak French. Don't go here.

    I stayed here 3x. The service is excellent and so is the staff off the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. Public transport and shops are near. Even though the hotel is close to the highway, the double windows make sure that it's not loud at all. They have a few rooms with balcony, which is lovely to sit out. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. I would recommend anybody to book this hotel if you are looking for a good and clean place to stay. 5 stars quality.

    We stayed in July during the Olympics.The walls are very thin, if you have neighbors you will definitely hear them.Beds are extremely uncomfortable, after the first night we tried the sofa bed because the beds were so bad - sofa bed was just as bad.Breakfast is not worth the price, it’s just pastries and coffee, essentially what would be offered for free at other hotels. Air conditioning doesn’t work well. Would not recommend.

    Lax security - others able to open our room

    The hotel room was comfortable and clean. I had no issues with this. Our only problem was that another family was able to open our locked door at 6am and woke us all up. They were apologetic. The manager apologised but didn’t offer us any compensation until I asked. She then offered by children free breakfast but not the 3 adults. I was not impressed at all. This is a serious security concern.

    This hotel is ok. The room is basic as is the bathroom. We asked for some more pillows, and were told that they did not have any. We had crooked necks due to the awful pillows. Staff were ok and not very helpful.We encountered a fire drill going off which was an engineer testing. None of the staff knew whether to evacuate or stay in our rooms which was bad and no apology for the disruption. Convenient for the outskirts of Paris and easy to travel in.
