Facility

155 rooms, including 129 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Everything was okay, we got the room very cheap so we weren't expecting anything amazing. Some small things: 1) the hairdryer in the room was broken, 2) we didn't notice the sign at first but you have to ask if you want your room cleaned/ towels changed, 3) a second room key was not possible so we had to share. However, they had free coffee in the lobby so that was lovely. Mostly the staff were fine, some more pleasant and helpful than others. Location was what we wanted as we were visiting family in Ivry-Sur-Seine

    such a discousting rooms and hotel. Nobody smile in hotel specially recepsionit. ı dont remember name he is looking like womans and he has long hairs. never ever choose this hotel again. breakfast was not good.

    Our worst nightmare

    We stayed only one night — and it was already far too long!!To kick off our “wonderful” experience, as soon as we walked in, the hotel smelled awful. The receptionist didn’t even crack a smile and came across as unfriendly and cold — but fine, we all have bad days.Once inside the room… the room itself reeked of urine; the sheets smelled anything but clean; the shower drain was blocked, so the water flooded the bathroom floor; the toilet didn’t flush (unfortunately I didn’t use it, but I almost wish I had, just to leave my mark!); and as a final insult, the bathroom bin contained someone else’s used sanitary pad — the cherry on top of this disgusting cake.Besides, there was no soundproofing whatsoever — we could hear everything from outside; the door wouldn’t even lock from the inside, leaving us with the uneasy feeling that anyone could barge in at any moment.It felt as though we had been punished with the worst room in the hotel. And if this wasn’t the worst, then I shudder to imagine what the others must be like.For a so-called 3-star hotel, this establishment is an insult. It is not merely disappointing — it is unforgivable. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

    Do not stay here.We stayed in the room a couple of hours then left.Filthy and smellyHotel did not want to here about our complaint and had to waste money.Thankfully managed to find another hotel at short notice. Please read other people's reviews as they are very true.
