    Not recommended!! Old rundown hotel…

    Our direct flight to Florence ,Italy was cancelled at Orly in Paris last minute and there were no other means of getting to our destination until the next day. The airlines gave us a voucher to stay at this hotel for the night including a meal voucher for the 2 of us plus free bus transportation. This was not the bad part until we got to the hotel. It was in an industrial area with other hotels nearby. Our hotel was in need of extensive repairs and the room too. It was horrible and quite scary to stay there. I had my husband with me to calm my anxiety. The meals were not too bad and probably the best part. The shower was not clean and mold in areas of the tiles. I decided to skip on the shower until l arrived at my destination. I don’t know what arrangements Vueling Airlines has with these run down hotels they need to clean up and repair these accommodations or condemn them. Don’t put clients up for the night in these dumps because it’s insulting. I will never stay here again.

    My flight was canceled, and the airline placed me in this hotel. Upon arrival, I noticed several shirtless men smoking on the balcony, with all doors wide open. The hotel resembled a motel, which felt very strange. When I entered my room, I couldn't tell if the door was locked. Additionally, the toilet seat fell off when I tried to use it. The only window faced the street, as did the doors.I couldn't stay there because I felt completely unsafe as a woman traveling alone with unfamiliar people around. Anyone could enter since it wasn't a secure building. It seemed like some people lived there permanently, which might explain why they were hanging out on the balcony together. I decided to check out immediately. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    32C and no functioning airconditioning in the hotel because it is October and thus not summer. You are in the hospitality branche and for € 170 per night you may expect some service.Parisian hospitality…

    Booked this hotel for practical reasons as it is close to Orly airport and offers shuttle service. The hotel had 3 stars and I cannot see how they could have obtained them... Hotel is worn, noisy and offers very little except parisian prices. The lack of elevator makes you carry your luggage up narrow, dirty and unlight external stairs.     Terrible, Unfriendly, No Hot water and Bad Breakfast

    Shocking!!!!!!! Checked in after a long drive. NO HOT water, the evening and the next morning. When I mentioned it at reception the morning, I was just told it will be reported, NO apology. Stairs are filthy and dangerous with litter and cigarette buds, has not been cleaned for ages. Room was damp. Breakfast is certainly the worst I have experienced in years. Dry sliced bread for the toast and a toaster which is not ever good enough for a home kitchen that did not work properly. This hotel is a disgrace to the hotel industry in France and should have its rating cut as it is misleading and a disgrace to the French Grading Board. I am shocked and ashamed that we have hotels like this in France and that it serves the international market.
