This city hotel is located in the heart of the Convention district in Paris' lively 15th arrondissement, only a short walk away from Convention metro stop. Guests can explore the many markets, shops and café terraces which are located in the nearby area of Montparnasse. The Eiffel Tower and the UNESCO building are only a 15-minute walk away, whilst the Parc Des Expositions de Porte de Versailles and the Palais des Sports are a 10-minute walk away. The Porte de Versailles metro stop is also only 10 minutes away and the suburban railway station (RER) is 12 minutes away.

The hotel has 37 rooms, including 6 single rooms and 30 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Great choice of hotel for 3 friends on a mini break to Paris. Easy to book and good communication by hotel. Able to check in late (11pm) and check out early (6am) as 24 hour reception service. Hotel is located in a nice area surrounded by plenty of restaurants frequented by local people, artisan bakeries and nice shops . Market in street on Tuesdays. Metro (Convention) is across the road and bus stops around corner and taxi was able to take us to the door. Only about 20 minutes by bus (no 80) to Eiffel Tower, about 30 minutes to Notre Dame. Had triple room which was clean and comfortable with all facilities necessary. All the staff at reception and in breakfast room friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast choice - fresh pastries and bread, yoghurts, cereals, small selection of meats and cheeses, jams, boiled eggs. Coffee machine free to use in lobby area. Kettle in room, but only paper cups available so suggest taking your own mugs or cups. Beds very comfortable and toiletry products in bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here.

    The location is unbeatable. However, our room was pretty worn. There was mold on the wall behind the curtain, we had a second wet bathmat in our bathroom (from the previous owners?), there were problems with check-in, and overall, the room was in need of renovation.

    Great value for money. The room was simple but clean and comfortable, very close to the Convention metro station. What a pity the terrible check-in experience—just handed a card with no instructions, not even the floor number. The person at reception was not very polite. He was the only one from the team who didn’t even bother with a smile or a hello in 5 days. You can stand at the front desk for five minutes and be completely ignored by him.

    Within walking distance to Eiffel Tower! Clean and comfortable hotel, rooms could use some updates. Great overall!
