    Shocking!! Travelling with elderly mother and had asked specifically for a low floor. Put on top floor 54 winding stairs to what can only be described as a filthy hole. Loft hatch fell down and left so you can see bare loft. Mouldy room, dirty. Guests very noisy. Only good point is it’s quite central. Breakfast room the size of a very small bathroom glad we didn’t pay for that!

    Friendly personal, top location and that is the all positive about this hotel. Quite different photos than the reality! Old room, small wc that you cannot close the door and sit, zero hygiene, mold, avoid the breakfast - again zero hygiene, croissant, bread, butter, jam and coffee. Who needs this junk for 7 euro? You can find much better breakfast close to the hotel. The personal did nothing wrong. They are trying their best but the conditions are bad and the hotel needs significant investment. The management seems to try so hard to cut the costs and it succeeds pretty well, I must admit!

    I stayed here for 3 nights on business. My company booked it for me, and actually apologized to me later. Pluses1. Fast, free wifi2. Good location in the 17e near shops and restaurants3. Front desk staff is very kindMinuses1. Breakfast is not included, and definitely not worth the fee (just bread, croissant, jam, butter, coffee, carton orange juice)2. Not very well kept or clean. I took an extra blanket from the shelf, and a huge beetle crawled out of it. Ugh. My door had a weird hole drilled into it that acted like a PEEPHOLE, which a previous occupant had covered with packing tape for privacy! 3. Ripped, stained carpeting and moldy shower curtain4. No lift, if that matters to you5. The hall lights up the spiral stairs don't work. The hallway lights on the floors don't work. As a woman traveling alone, and as someone who did not want to plummet down 3 flights of stairs in the dark, I felt very unsafe.6. There is an older man, I am guessing the owner, who lives in the room where breakfast is served. He is very, VERY loud, and treats the breakfast room and lobby as his personal living room. It's very off-putting. He was talking to the front desk staff in a tone so loud that I thought they were fighting. I felt very sorry for the front desk staff, who were very nice.I do not recommend this hotel at all. It felt unclean and unsafe.

    I booked this hotel via Expedia.com on 8/12/18, and cancelled the booking on 8/13/18 due to change of my itinerary. According to the policy, I was eligible for the full refund. I contacted Expedia more than 5 times in different occasions, and they promised to contact the hotel on my behalf, but haven't heard back from either of the party. I also tried to send email directly to the hotel, no answer as well. Since the payment was directly sent to the hotel, Expedia can’t do much about it. For all the fellows who are looking at this hotel, think it twice before click the button.

    I liked the stay at this hotel: Very good location in addition to friendly and helpful staff. The big advantage of this hotel is its affordable price compared with other hotels of the same category in Paris.
