    This hotel is beautiful, clean, new, safe and Lovely. The staff is the finest. Highly recommended. Marie the afternoon supervisor is The Best. Love Her.

    The great:- location is near trains to everything and tons of great food - hotel staff is very nice - titanium member upgrade to room with a partial view was very much appreciated - titanium member welcome drinks were nice and appreciated - room has everything you need, including a powerful air conditioning unit and fridge - room was nice and dark at night and also fairly quiet!- water station on every floor and bottle provided to refill Reasons I rated it 4 instead of 5:- titanium breakfast benefit is important to me on international trips and it wasn’t offered (daily credit wasn’t worth it as area bakery’s are inexpensive)- many hotels offer free umbrellas to borrow when it rains. It’s a charge at this location - needed to clean a pair of pants (dry clean) and it was very expensive - be careful in shower as you have to step up very high to get in and it’s a hazard. Water pressure is also low and the door is only partially covered so you have to be careful or water goes all over the floor - room was clean however did find a bottle cap from previous occupant in closetOver-all, I would indeed recommend this property and it was an enjoyable stay. Especially if you use metro/train system. It’s clean, safe, efficient.

    Can't beat this hotel's location for transportation connections and decent restaurants. About a 1 hour walk from the Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral along the Seine. Lots to see! The in-hotel breakfast buffet is quite good with plenty of variety. Hotel check-in experience very efficient and friendly with English speaking staff. Rooms, though a bit tight with luggage,are very clean and bright. Glass door to functional bathroom, though frosted, doesn't offer much privacy if that's important to you. Smallish front lobby can get congested between 10:30 -11:45 AM during checkout. Families and larger groups seem to like this hotel, and for good reason.

    As a first-time visitor to France, my stay here has truly let me feel the warm hospitality of Parisians.The hotel boasts an unbeatable prime location, with a metro station right downstairs offering effortless access to every corner of Paris. The guest rooms are spotlessly clean, paired with breathtaking panoramic views of the city. From my room window, I can admire stunning vistas of the Seine River, Notre-Dame and the Eiffel Tower all at once.I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Anastasia, who checked me in on my arrival day. She was incredibly warm, genuine and approachable. Her bright smile instantly filled me with wonderful expectations for Paris and my upcoming journey.With her outstanding professionalism and attentive service, she kindly resolved all our accommodation-related matters, making our entire stay absolutely flawless and unforgettable.I sincerely hope to return to Paris someday and will definitely choose this lovely hotel again without hesitation.

    Rooms were small but clean. Air conditioning did not work in our room so we had to change rooms. Very accommodating. New room was a little bigger. It was clean and in a good location.
