  Hi,I had the pleasure of staying at COWOOL for the past 5 months, and I can confidently say that the property has greatly improved from when it was previously known as Olivarius. There have been noticeable upgrades in almost every area, from the reception and lobby to the coworking spaces, rooms, and overall service.The location is fantastic, for solo travelers, couples, groups (friends or schools), families. 10 minutes' walk is RER and Commercial Center surrounded with a lot of shops and bars. Cergy Port is 5 minutes' walk where you can enjoy meals in a very nice restaurants and nature.Rooms: The rooms at COWOOL are spacious, with various options to suit different needs, from smaller rooms to larger ones ideal for families. Some rooms even have separate areas with their own bathrooms and toilets. A kitchenette is also available in most rooms, fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and living, including a dishwasher.Facilities: The atrium area combined very well with the real olive trees, working studios, a shop, and a lounge, creating a pleasant atmosphere. There's also free parking, Wi-Fi, Fitness Rooms rand other amenities to enhance the stay.Breakfast: Breakfast is included, and it's served until 10:00 AM on weekdays and 11:00 AM on weekends, which I found to be a convenient bonus.Perfect for Various Guests: COWOOL is an ideal place for a wide range of guests: individuals needing short-term accommodation for business or personal reasons, students attending nearby universities (within walking distance), and professionals looking for a longer-term stay with all the necessary amenities for success.COWWOL is nice for a long accommodation for those in between primary accommodation. This was the case for me, as I used the hotel as a temporary residence while I settled into more permanent housing. The staff, led by Manager Joudi, were incredibly supportive throughout my stay, always available to provide advice or help when needed.Thanks again to Joudi and the whole COWOOL team for their excellent service and warm welcome during my time there!   very disappointed with the hotel room. It is located on the ground floor, with the windows directly facing the hotel entrance. Basically, quite a lot of noise and 0 privacy. But the worst part is that it is very cold! I understood that there is a problem with the heating and that the technician will come tomorrow to fix it. meanwhile, I think the temperature is a maximum of 15 degrees. In addition, there is no hair dryer in the room, which makes it absolutely impossible to wash your head at such a temperature. Overall, extremely disappointed by this set of circumstances!   My wife and I stayed at Cowool Cergy in August 2024. Temperature outside 30 degrees, inside in our room even hotter. Several complaints about the 'airco' (floorcooling) but no solution at all.Several complaints to the manager. No reaction. Mails to the manager...no reaction.And we were not the only guests that were complaining....:-).Very, very small room. Appart 20.Breakfast terrible. Filthy cups and cutlery.Food mediocre.No 24h frontdesk.No safe feeling in the neighboorhood.People at the frontdesk are friendly.Conclusion: Dont stay here!   No air conditioning!! My bedroom was so hot I couldn't sleep

  Terrible!!! I should have checked the reviews!! Its expensive for what it is. They spent money decorating the lobby and forgot about the rooms. There IS NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!! I went in summer and I couldn't sleep at all. They kept promising to bring me a fan every day and never happened... I didnt even get a fan with 30 degrees in summer!!! The room's window went straight to the parking lot and they gave me a first floor, so everyone could see me from outside and I would hear every conversation and all the cars coming and going.   NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

  My husband & I travel often for work and I have never seen a WORSE place than this hotel. It used to be Oliviarus but is clearly under new management & staff. The new owner has shut off all the air conditioners so in the summer time the lobby & rooms feel like saunas. They clean the rooms ONLY on Tuesdays & we had to beg the staff for toilet paper. My husband asked for soap for the first time after 5 days and he was shouted at for 4 minutes straight by the cleaning crew! They only gave us 1 key card even though we were 2 ppl. They charge you 10Euros for the 2nd card because all they care about is making money. The first night I was there I was yelled at by STEPHAN for daring to object to this. The 3rd night I was there I was yelled at him again to daring to ask for help at the reception desk. On the 4th night I was there I tripped on one of their cheap rugs and ripped my big toe open on a piece of glass. Nobody asked if I was okay. They did not even have any bandaids. They actually tried blaming it on me. They did not comp anything - did not even help with my hospital bill. The other guy there actually made racist comments towards my friend - saying that “Iranians just like to talk and talk.” When I tried to find out Stephan’s name he refused to tell me and actually asked me to leave. The other staff told me the next day that they were not authorized to tell anyone his name. The staff, the owner and this entire hotel needs to be shut down. Please do not go here. You will only regret it.
