    We booked a superior room for 3 persons and the third bed was a foldaway bed, like an army cot. When I asked for another room, I was told that that is the room I booked !!! Looked nothing like the website. The breakfast had no fruit and was the same boring offering each day. The rooms could be cleaner.

    The location is perfect and nearby restaurants and transportation but room is dirty and small. We never stay in hotel that so terrible like this hotel before !The alternative of breakfast wasn’t worth it!I and my boyfriend stays there from 2nd-7th August 2025 .We let the cleaning lady cleaned only one day since we stayed there and she didn’t clean well as when we came back to the room we saw the ground in our room still full of hair and still dirty with not fresh smell all over the rum with stain and hair but thanks, cleaning lady that she changed the trash bag and made the bed but didn’t change the new bedsheets for us.In the bathroom she didn’t clean the floor because full of hair and stain but at least she changed only the two small towers with 2 soaps and 2 small body lotion bottles and changed the trash bag for us .She didn’t fill up the hair and body wash for us or maybe she didn’t even check it !

    AWESOME experience at Crystal Hotel. Location is perfect, front desk staff is super helpful, room was exactly what we needed for the price. Right in the middle of an amazing area and a super flexible staff to your needs. Highly recommend for anyone going on a trip to Paris

    The hotel was clean, the beds and linens were clean, and the location was very convenient for us.The hotel staff was helpful, polite, and spoke English.The hotel breakfast was tasty, but basic. The rooms were in good shape, but a little small. The bathroom was modern and had a great shower.

    Just AMAZING boutique hotel in the best location, only meters from Cafe de Flore and a wonderful neighborhood. Walking distance from everywhere.Tristan and Mirian: best hostesses ever!Breakfast amazing. Rooms are beautiful and clean.We will be back for sure!!!!!
