  Double charged and won't refund!!!

  Don't stay here!! They double charged me and wouldn't refund me. I emailed them 15mins after the double charged, and they blamed it on Expedia. Expedia emailed back said it was the to refund, and when I emailed back, they started ignoring my emails. Do not stay here!! They will double charge you and not refund you!   You could not get a better location for the price of this hotel. The family room is small but clean and functional. But it’s small so expect to just be there to sleep. Which makes sense because why would you stay in your hotel room when you are in Paris ?! The staff were so kind and went out of their way to get us gluten free bread for breakfast (which we were not expecting! They said had we told them before it would’ve been there for our first breakfast !!).   Bad. Bad. Bad. Horribly $&@& hole that is somehow is called a “hotel”. Dirty (very). Small (very). Breakfast - not sure it can be called a breakfast. Avoid. By. All. Means.   Perfect location for a relaxing visit

  Good value for money compared with other Paris hotels. Well placed to explore central Paris. Friendly welcome, no fuss getting room key. Lovely room on top (6th) floor with balcony overlooking Boulevard de Magenta and Place de La Republique. Room quite spacious for a Paris hotel, bathroom small but everything you need, bed clean and extremely comfortable. Spent 3 nights and had a wonderful sleep. Staff very obliging. Leaving suitcase on departure day not a problem. For access from CDG airport take RER B to Gare du Nord, then go 2 stops to Jacques Bonsergent on Metro line No. 5 (direction Place d'Italie).
