    So cute!! Amazing breakfast every morning and such comfortable rooms. The staff was so sweet and helpful. In a perfect area to get great food, shop around, and see beautiful buildings.

    Booked through expedia - room was not as shown on website - entry to room is literally in the lobby. zero soundproofing and multiple items in the room in disrepair including loose tea (unsanitary) in a strainer - mug with dirty ring. Via expedia, hotel would consider a refund IF I removed negative review. The review is gone anyway. Just be aware this place looks charming but it was terrible.

    Fantastic stay in De Neuve. They were very accommodating with my disability and helped me where possible. Room was clean and good size, staff were very friendly. Great location lots around and close to metro. Would definitely stay here again.
