Location

This traditional hotel is located near to the markets and the famous Place des Ternes. In only a number of minutes guests will arrive at the Arc de Triomphe and the Porte Maillot. It is just 10 minutes to the Congress centre on foot and the nearest metro station, Ternes, (line 2) is just a stone's throw away.

The hotel was built in 1900. The hotel has a lift and features 5 single rooms and 29 double rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Wonderful hotel in a great location with superior customer service!

    Hôtel des Deux Avenues is on rue Poncelet, a short but lively street. There, and on nearby streets, you will find lots of restaurants, cafés and boutiques. Parc Monceau is also nearby. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, and even offered us a better room as soon as one was available. Breakfast was downstairs, tasty and served with a smile. Smiles were also readily available at the reception desk. We felt very welcome, and I’d like to applaud the staff for superior customer service! This is a great place to stay in Paris!     This hotel is in a great location.. near to Metro stations and the Champs Elysses but still a lovely quiet street with lots of independent businesses on and nice patisseries and restaurants etc. Hotel itself is very clean, the receptionist is always very polite and cheerful and it’s been perfect for us. There’s noisy building going on across the road, which obviously isn’t the hotel’s fault, but our room is at the back so it’s not too bad.. Breakfast is decent enough but we’ve liked nipping down to the local patisserie to sample the local atmos.     Construction site in Front of the Hotel ( noisy)

    Do yourself a favor and won’t book this hotel.There is huge construction site right in front of the hotel, the noise goes from 6:30 am to 8:00pm from Monday to Saturday.When I brought it up to the concierge ( front desk lady) named Omy , she told me “ I am here all day hearing this noise do you see me complaining “ after that I had no words .I was able to pay 190 euros extra to change my room ( in the back of the building) the noise was still pretty loud.Pros; modern rooms, cleaning crew are really nice.Cons; extremely small rooms, even for European standers, noisy, the lounge area looks nothing like the pictures, and terrible front desk staff , especially Omy .     Great hotel in might be among the top hidden-treasure locations in Paris. In the old-money posh 17th arrondissement, Hotel des 2 Avenues is located on a market street that has served its neighborhood for as long as anyone can remember. Right on and right off rue Poncelet you'll find some cool cafes and bistros for lunch and dinner. Just take a walk around the blockon rue Saussier LeRoi and cut back again on rue Laugier. And all this is a 10-minute walk to the Champs-Elysees — or if you're searching to go elsewhere in Paris, a quick 3-5 minutes to the Place des Ternes métro, from where you can head in one direction to Montmartre or in the other to interchange to the Metro line 1 at Charles de Gaulle-Etoile and on to the heart of the city. Actually, Paris has too many beating hearts to count.
