Still a good option to keep prices down

    rating18 Apr 2026

This is still a solid option for my family when staying at DLP. Unfortunately, it dropped a star because on arrival to our room at almost 12am after the Disney adventure world night show and getting our cases from our car, our magic passes didn’t work to open the door. I had to go down to reception to get it sorted with 2 very tired children sleeping in the corridor. The staff were good though and got it sorted promptly when I got seen by a cast member. The room was turned over nicely the following day and after a long day was nice to come back to a neat room(I had already packed things away and tried to make to beds as best I could).

    Not worth the money paid

    rating16 Apr 2026

Have just returned from 4 nights /5 days staying at Cheyenne hotel. It’s the first time I’ve stayed at a Disney hotel and I wish I had paid more money to stay at one of the newer more modern hotels. I paid a lot of money for me and two kids and found the hotel very old fashioned and dated. There was a weird smell in the room (Geronimo block) too and due to having no lifts anywhere and me having a double buggy I had to ask for a room change after the first night. Give them their due they moved us to a (better smelling) Jessie James block and ground level. Still the same style dark room though, not very nice to look at when you think we are on Toy Story 5 nearly! The hotel needs upgraded extensively and a swimming pool added plus more playgrounds for children to just be free of queuing! Didn’t fancy the restaurant if the hotel anything to go by we just used Starbucks on site before walking to the park along the waterway which we finally found by coming back from the park that way ! We had ended up walking the 45 min road way by mistake the first time ! The walk was lovely along the waterway . Didn’t feel any Disney magic at the hotel I’m afraid except meeting Jessie on the last morning. I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be back. Dated but comfortable and clean

    rating15 Apr 2026

We stayed here for 3 nights. Reception and check in was smooth, as was the baggage storage. Open until late so no need to rush back from the parks. The rooms are small but functional. Could have done with a fridge in the room but wasn’t a deal breaker. Beds were comfortable and we loved the room theme. The bathroom was very dated though and in need of an upgrade! Lovely walk along the water to the parks which we did morning and evening. Great location! We didn’t book a meal plan so didn’t use the restaurants but they always looked busy so a popular choice. Would definitely stay again.

The worst night of our life!!!

    rating13 Apr 2026

The worst night of our life!!! I do not recommend this hotel at all!! It started from the very beginning at the reception during our check in Ms.Laura was not helpful at all she refused to check us in because we were in the wrong queu ! Seriously? it had only us and another family for 3receptionnist..?We then had a freezing room for which we had to walk 10mins from the main entry!!But the NIGHTMARE WAS AT 4AM!!!My son and I were awake by a noisy AC noise I have recorded it and wish you could hear it!! I had to call the technician who had to reset the entire system. We were completely exhausted the next day, But this hotel does not even have a check out system therefore no one will even care to ask if you were ok!!
