Location

This holiday village warmly welcomes guests in Coupvray.

Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 1011 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests of the complex are welcome to relax in the garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge). A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the holiday village, including golf, a gym, a spa, a sauna and a steam bath. A dance club and a nightclub are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Great location but basic accommodation

    Our stay at Sequoia lodge was good. Location was perfect. Only 10 minutes walk from the food village and Disney parks. Accommodation was quite basic but clean and comfortable. We were not in the hotel very much, as we spent most of the day in the parks. The hotel suited our needs, as the location was the most important factor for us.

    We had an enjoyable stay at the Sequoia Lodge during February break for 3 nights - myself and 12yo son. We found the room to be really cosy. We were aware that the rooms may be slightly dated as the refurbishment is underway…however everything was comfortable and clean. Comfortable double beds, loads of hot water and good shower. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but used the bar on a couple of occasions for hot chocolate and a glass of wine for mum! We found the walk into the parks a really easy short stroll. Housekeeping was good. The only downside was that our pod coffee machine didn’t work and I didn’t get a chance to say to the concierge. Overall we loved it and the atmosphere. Would stay again.

    Wonderfull experience with our grand daughters as always at Disney´s Parks.Rooms connected was perfect with childrens, The Club rooms are good, but they need renovation and a bit more Disney charm. Breakfast is very good, but unfortunately the Lounge operates in the afternoon, when guests are usually in the parks. A major advantage is the hotel’s location, just a 10-minute walk from the parks.On the day of arrival, Club check-in is quick and efficient, and if you arrive early, your luggage is stored and taken to the room before you return from the parks. On the last day, luggage can be left in the room, and the staff will take it to a storage area where it can be collected at departure time. Check-out is automatic, with no wasted time at reception.

    Staff so helpful and friendly. Hotel clean and a nice theme. Wonderful location with short walk to the parks. Parks amazing. Only thing which brought some ratings down was the room could do with updating wallpaper/furniture/bathroom but was still clean and comfortable and on the whole we had an amazing time.

    Way better than we expected. Fantastic location. Beautiful big lobby and the rooms are big and clean. Kids Loved the pool and slide!
