  Nice hotel in a great location

  Gem of a hotel, great location. Quiet, comfortable bed and room, many restaurants close by. Two metro stops within walking distance, as well as Gare du Nord. You can connect anywhere in the city within 20 minutes. Walkable to tourist attractions as well. Only issue was housekeeping: should be better; however, front desk staff quickly fixed any issues I had with housekeeping. I’d stay here again.

  Never use this hotel! The owner, Enzo, is a scam and does not pay his customers back the money he owes them. Me and my Company has been waiting since 2023 for money and he continue coming up with new excuses.. Or dissappear for weeks. Stay away!!

  The reviews I read really do justice to this hotel. It is really poor and I would not recommend this place. I stayed for 4 nights, and on day 1, my room was not made up. This is despite me placing the "Please make up the room" tag on the door. When I queried, I was told that the tag said "Do not disturb", Yet the "Please make up" tag was still on the door. I did not get towels on day 2 and when I queried, I was told that I had to come down to reception to get towels!!! On day 3, the TV did not work. When i queried, I was told this happened across the whole hotel. The Manager was aware of my issues, but made no effort to make contact or apologize. All in all, very disappointing!

  This hotel is really old with the smallest elevator I have ever seen in my life. Only 1 person up at a time if you have luggage. The rooms match the elevator. It was like sleeping in a closet. The shower was garbage. It seemed that only the hot water worked where it will scald your skin and it only dripped out. No water pressure. Only stayed 2 nights and that was more than enough. The breakfast is extra charge in a cute little cafe on the 1st floor. Typical continental breakfast that was overpriced. Everything was overpriced at this less than mediocre hotel. Do not recommend unless it is the only one left.

  Location and room cleanliness is the only reason I have given this review two stars.The staff were unfriendly. We left a bag of toblerones (chocolates) in our room which were no longer there after the room had been cleaned on the first day! The breakfast was nice but again unfriendly staff. It looks like there is a bar... But it was never open when we were there. Once breakfast is over the lights remain off in it! There is no fridge in the room so if you want to have bottled water then it will be warm. And it was 33 degrees when we were there. Although the air conditioning in the room did work.To top it all off when we were leaving (my mother and I) we were rudely asked to wait. Then the receptionist said "you only booked room for one person!" I said no I booked for two and the two of us were checked in. He was very argumentative and luckily enough I had my booking invoice which I showed him. He said ok but you only paid tax for one! I told him his colleague checked us both in (she even copied our passports!) and that we paid the tax we were asked for. I paid him the extra he said we should have paid and I told him he needs to tell his colleague to charge the correct tax (assuming he is right of course) So between our chocolates disappearing from our room and being charged extra tax in a most horrible manner I would NEVER recommend this hotel. In fact I would be surprised if it stays open or certainly not under the same management for much longer!
