    A small cozy hotel. Friendly receptionist, & nice staff. Breakfast is very good and tasty for a 3 stars hotel. Bus stop is facing the hotel, but I walked to Tour Eiffel, only 20 minutes. Shops, restaurants everything can be done walking.

    Pillows are too soft and uncomfortable, i haven't got my breakfast one morning, since all tables were busy; i have got the wrong invoice; breakfast is all cold and no veggies.; opening windows was a mess since traffic was too loud; in genereal the best you have is location since i was visiting RadioFrance

    It's a very convenient hotel. You can walk to several different Metro stops in 10 minutes. There are several bakeries and restaurants right around the hotel. Is it the nicest place you will ever stay? No. Our rooms were small and spartan. But the bathrooms were nice. The staff was nice. The price was not through the roof. And it was pretty cool to open the window and see the Eiffel Tower up above the neighborhood buildings.

    We stayed here for the first few days of the Olympics 2024. It is very well located for a walk along the banks of the Seine to the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at 12 euros pp is very good value and the ladies who do the breakfast were extremely helpful. The breakfast has a choice of cereals, bread, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, pain au chocolat, coffee, tea, fruit juices, apple tart, custard tart etc. All self service in a quiet room. TOur bedroom was clean and had good facilities with a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower! The nearest Metro is only 5 mins walk.

    Booked and received adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean, but the air conditioning in one was very weak. When I called down to ask about it on the 1st evening, I was told someone would come up in about 10 mins to check it. After 45 minutes, I called to say it could just be checked tomorrow. There was no answer on the 2nd call, and nobody came. In the morning, after a very noisy and hot night with the window open, I Apple to the last at reception.She told me, after checking, that it was a sufficient temperature. She said the other room was too cold (both on sale temperature but actually working properly in 2nd room) and the 1st room didn't need to be any cooler so she wouldn't call anyone to check it.Basically, she was very rude. Very poor customer service 🤨😒
