    I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this hotel. After leaving my headphones behind, I called and was informed that they could ship them back to me for a fee of $40. I paid this amount, expecting to receive tracking details by Wednesday or Thursday. However, I was later told that the shipping cost had exceeded $40, requiring an additional payment of $90 to $4000, which is completely unreasonable. Furthermore, the refund process involves providing my banking or card information, which makes this whole process seem suspicious. It seems likely that they never intended to return my headphones.

    Amazing birthday stay!!

    My friend and I stayed at this hotel in November for my birthday trip. We had an amazing stay! The hotel is so central and super close to the arc de triumph and metro. There is a small supermarket just a 2 minute walk away too which was really convenient. The room was clean and perfect, all of the staff (especially Christina) were so helpful and lovely and made my birthday extra special by helping my friend surprise me with a birthday breakfast. Christina gave us recommendations for coffee and a place to buy macaroons. We loved our stay here and would definitely book again!

    What a great hotel with amazing staff and fantastic location. First the big thing. Given the timing of our trip we were very concerned about bed bugs as it’s all we had heard of in the US. When we got into our room it was clear we didn’t need to worry. The mattresses were perfectly clean and everything was exactly as we’d have hoped. Everyone working here is wonderful. We got to talk with Azella a fair amount as she was usually at the desk when we left or came back for the evening. She was always helpful and friendly and made it feel like home for us. The location is exactly what we wanted. Minutes to major attractions and even a few open air markets that had amazing food. So happy we choose to stay here and will be staying here again for any trips to Paris.     Great Location and Friendly Staff by Arc de Triomphe!

    Hotel Elysee Toile provided a great location near the Arc de Triomphe, friendly staff, reasonable price and a comfortable room for our one week stay in Paris. Although the room was smaller than in US, it was very thoughtfully appointed: queen bed, bedside tables and plugs on each side, window that opens w/ view of apartments across the street, desk area, dresser and hooks and a rod to hang clothes. Bathroom was small but serviceable. Shower had good water pressure. The room was cleaned each day. The neighborhood has multiple cafes and the walk to the Arc de Triomphe is about 5 minutes. We enjoyed our stay!!

    A delightful find near the Arc...

    We have been coming to Paris for over 20 years - first to Rue Cler, grace of Rick Steves. My wife found this place - so convenient to the Arc de Triomphe. Lovely. A bold two star with rooms as expected in Paris as well as a super friendly and competent staff. The air-conditioning is wonderful, and the bathroom is quite comfortable - ensuite, of course. If you drive in, there is parking available just across the street with internet booking that saves much, much money. This was a delightful find. We had a delightful 4 night stay and recommend this to all. BTW, english was spoken thru-out the area (even though we speak French). Sadly, they prefer speaking English to hearing my French ;)
