English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     We are a family of four and stayed for four nights.We stayed in a room with a queen sized bed and pullout sofa. It was small for the four of us but adequate enough and likely normal sized for Paris. The room was clean and quiet. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was a bonus.At check-in the front desk worker was not conversational and seemed annoyed that we arrived before check-in time to store our bags having just arrived from an overseas flight. The gentleman that worked in the mornings was lovely - very nice, fun and always had a smile.We did not have the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. There is an elevator which was efficient and necessary as we were on the 7th floor.The location was alright, probably a 5-8 minute walk to the closest Metro station. We didn't find a lot of bars/restaurants in the area but we were out in other parts of Paris during the day/evening so it didn't impact our travels.If I ever go back to Paris I would probably try a hotel in a different area.

    Excellent location. Not a lot of interaction from the staff on duty. No knowledge of local restaurants and the map of the area was poor. Room was good and breakfast excellent

    A nice room in an excellent location, staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable. We booked the suite and it had plenty of room for a family of four.     Great staff, clean & tidy with comfy bed

    Nice room, very clean, all staff were very friendly and helpful. very comfy bed and powerful shower. continental breakfast was great.the only reason for 4 star was that bed wasn't as big as we would have liked, but other than that no issues.     Two rooms booked one family and one standard double. Very friendly reception staff and rooms ready early which was a plus. Rooms ok although not cleaned as well as i would have liked. Breakfast fine with choices of hot and cold. Located in a nice area and easy to get around. We had stayed in Elyesse Val Europe for 5 days previous to this stay and thought we would be getting the same experience but unfortunately we did not.
