    Great place to stay in Paris. Good location and very clean. Paul was an excellent manager at the front desk who assisted us with our many tourist questions about Paris.

    I just want to make a review of the poor customer service I received regarding my reservation. I recently informed the receptionist manager that I had a death in the family (a sibling) 2 months prior to my reservation and I am still not allowed a refund. I will never give this hotel my money again nor recommend them to anyone I know.

    Very bad experience Terrible location and terrible rooms too .. very old hotel without maintenance and terrible breakfast as well .. I don’t understand how this hotel can have 4 starts … at least should have 2 starts ! I never and ever recommend it … the guy at desk very polite and friendly ( Italian guy ) but for the rest nothing positive at all !

    I had a single room which was small but clean and had everything I needed. The common areas were less desirable with old worn rugs and chipped walls. I felt bad for the woman serving breakfast who could not keep up with the amount of people in the dining room. There was almost no breakfast (rolls, cold cuts, eggs) when I arrived, the coffee machine did not work as it needed to be emptied, etc. The man at reception seemed tired and bored, sighing audibly when I arrived. I have stayed in a lot of four star hotels and this one is nowhere near the quality at others. I was there on a busy weekend in Paris and the price I paid (for a single room) felt very high.

    !We advise you to stay away from this hotel !We booked this hotel on their website because it had good reviews, we wrote them an email because we had a question but they never replied,when we arrived they gave us the wrong room, we showed them our booking confirmation and they had a different one without details (we booked a room with a balcony and two separated beds) this option was on their website but they said it’s not possible and it’s not their fault that it was written on their website, they told us that it would be only for one night. The next morning they couldn’t give us the right room and they told us they would change it tomorrow.We asked to call the manager and they did, she offered a second room for free only for one night. After two nights of sleeping in two different rooms they finally gave us the right one. They even recorded me complaining so they could show it to their manager and find out if its the hotel’s problem.We slept two nights in the right room but when we checked out they made us pay for the wrong room because they couldn’t cancel it and “they didn’t know if we slept there” (the two nights we slept in the right room), they refused to call the manager and we were obliged to pay extra. Every day there was a different receptionist and we had to explain our problem all over again!Also they wouldn’t let us cancel our breakfast even though it was written on their website. Our stay was terrible and all they gave us was discomfort!
