  Lovely little hotel

  Just returned from two nights staying at this lovely hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. Lovely bathroom. Nice big bed. Tea/coffee making facilities in room. Great free WiFi. Perfect location. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

  A very nice little hotel, great location just off the Champs Elysees.Rooms are clean are more spacious than other rooms stayed in Paris.Staff on reception are friendly and helpful.Breakfast is optional but is over priced for what is on offer is only negative feedback .

  We booked hotel with friends for 50th Birthday arrived at hotel to which they took the payment from our card (who we made booking with bookings.com ) payment was taken days earlier then cancellation date which they shouldn’t have done. Receptionist male was very rude no customer service it didn’t exist they wanted us to pay a 2nd time as well as the money they took off already. No manager he is on holidays!!! They definitely try to scam please please avoid at all costs. I should have read the negative reviews on this hotel in advance of booking

  Too many negatives

  Beware, lengthy review ahead. Firstly, Let’s start with the week prior to arriving at the hotel. I receive a very professional message from the “manager” of this hotel advising me that I need to confirm my booking. The message came directly via the booking.com app, and appeared genuine as I had communicated with the property via this method a few weeks earlier. Anyway, I clicked a link, yes, we all know now that you don’t do that, but as per my previous statement, it did appear genuine. I was immediately suspicious, and ceased proceeding. After hours of attempting to reach booking.com to report and contacting the hotel, the hotel said and I quote “we were hacked a few months ago and many of our customers have received this message, don’t click the link”. Well, thanks for the heads up, and I was then forced by my bank to get a new credit card, reset my internet banking, and reset my factory settings on my phone (as I accessed link via)., despite not providing any financial info. This all had to be rectified 2 days prior to my 6 week holiday. The hotel should have warned guests in advance of the hacking. The inconvenience and stress was a lot. Secondly, the hotel is worn out. Everything just needs updating. Floor is wonky, shower is a safety hazard. Finally, the hotel specifically has a housekeeping rule left on the desk in the room. Cleaning will occur prior to 2pm each day, but never after 3pm. We returned back from Versailles and were pretty tired as it had been an early start. It was 4pm. Room had already been cleaned. At about 4.45pm, someone entered our room without knocking even though it had already been cleaned. By the time we realised, they were gone. It was quite unsettling, especially since you leave keys at reception when you go out. Positives, good location. Staff appeared friendly enough at desk.

  By Far the Worst!

  Upon entering I already had a feeling that this hotel was less then. Check in was fairly easy and the front desk guy was very nice. Going up the stairs, you notice that the steps were unkept, dust and debris in the corners and definitely worn out walls and carpet. As I reach my floor, you’re hit by a smell of mold and mustiness. Now the room…. I have been traveling for work regularly for the past 10 years and stayed in my fair share of uncomfortable rooms, but this one takes the cake. First off, the door frame looks like someone tried to break in with pieces of the frame missing. The floors aren’t actually carpet, wood or any normal flooring material, it’s like a woven, outdoor furniture fabric with so many stains everywhere. I proceeded to look around and noticed broken light bulbs, stains on the curtains, stains on the “chair” cover. I quote chair because at first glance, it looks like a chair but it’s a half folded roll away bed with a fabric cover thrown on top. Mind you, from what I saw, the mattress itself was stained as well. The bathroom has mold on the tile grout, a hole in the ceiling with peeling paint and the mirror is corroded. The cherry on top was the 2 used spoons that guests are supposed to use for their coffee, full of dried coffee stains!!I literally didn’t want to shower, walk around or even lay my things anywhere based on what I saw. I slept on the bed wearing a hoodie, sweatpants, socks and laid a towel out. A few of my work colleagues are staying at this hotel as well and we unanimously agree this is a dirty and worn down hotel. One of my colleagues even has a leak in the ceiling. For the amount we spent a night, (around €485) you’d expect better. I’ve never felt so disgusted in a hotel.
