    Clean, great location, polite staff always greeted with a smile and eager to help. Petite but perfect for what we needed. Steps away from metro station, great restaurants all around. Walk to Champs-Elysees and Arc de Triomphe. Room tidied and towels changed daily was much appreciated. Shower slightly small but we felt very safe here traveling as mom and daughter which was utmost importance. Will definitely be back!     Fabulous the Arc de Triomphe is right outside the Front entrance

    The service was great, from beginning to end. Started with a very warm welcome from front desk staff, especially Noemi. She was very professional and welcoming. The rooms were excellent: clean, comfortable beds and cozy. The hotel has a perfect location as well. My family was extremely grateful for the excellent service. We can't wait to go back to Paris.

    I stayed at this hotel in June 2023 with my husband and two teenage sons. I have nothing but positive things to say. The hotel is very central. A 3-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, 5-7 minutes to Champs Elleyse. We also walked to the Eiffel Tower from the hotel. It was about 30 minutes. If you do not like to walk much like we do, you can certainly take the metro. The metro stop is about a one minute walk. There are many different restaurants right by the hotel. Although the hotel is in a bustling part of Paris, we could not hear any noise from the room. The room was very clean and big enough for the 4 of us. The customer service provided by the front desk was superb. Kaelle at the front desk was so helpful, and polite and seem to genuinely care about the guests having the best experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. On another note, please be aware of people who are playing the 'cup game' by metro stations and tourist attractions. They are scammers and will trick you into playing the game and will take your money.

    Upon arriving we were a bit disappointed by the room size and lack of fridge/microwave. However, the staff was very friendly and allowed us to store bags and use toilets the day following check out, and even allowed us to come back later in the day and wait for our Uber ride in the lobby. Additionally, they were not annoyed when our breakfast went over the time. Very pleased with the service, felt very welcome and accommodated as a foreigner.
