The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hostel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Rooms

    Terrible Experience! Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!

    I came across this hotel on Agoda while browsing options and accidentally booked it. Within just a few minutes, I realized the mistake and saw I had already been charged. I immediately contacted the hotel to explain what happened — my trip isn't for another 6 months, and the booking had just gone through!Despite all that, the hotel refused to refund me. Most hotels understand that charges typically go through an authorization hold first, especially when it's a clear and immediate mistake. Not this one. They wouldn't budge — and worse, they're impossible to reach. Agoda even tried to help, but couldn't get in touch with anyone either. It's like this place doesn't even have customer service.How can a hotel operate with zero communication or flexibility? It's not just unprofessional — it's greedy.Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. There's nothing worse than losing money months in advance to a hotel that acts like a ghost once they get your payment. Total disappointment.

    Enjoy Hostel in the Alésia area in Paris is so much more than a hotel: it feels like home and family welcoming international travellers in the French capital.There is everything one needs: a comfortable bed, a hot shower, a fridge and a set of dishes. The most important attraction are other travellers with whom to share amazing Parisian experience be it business or tourism.I would sincerely recommend this lovely place in an amazing location to visitors.

    The rooms were clean although very basic. Bathroom very small. Each room had an issue, eg air conditioning smelly or no remote control, no locks on the lockers.We were a group of 18, the breakfast room had enough seats for about 14, the lobby also very small.Good location

    The staff were very welcoming and friendly and spoke good English. They were also kind enough to let me book an extra night (for a fee) and even though I had checked out, I was able to leave my bags in their secure bag storage for the day, so I didn't have to carry them around with me.A minor complaint is a very limited breakfast and the bathroom in room 42 had the wallpaper peeling. Other than that, the beds were comfy enough and it was easy to get to, even when my phone died.Thank you for a great stay, and more importantly for allowing me to leave my bags when I went to explore Paris for the day.

    Good hostel for young and old

    This is a good experience, especially when you're coming in from the pouring rain. It looks like they renovated the place recently; the flooring is brand new, etc. Strongly recommend it! There are even semi-private rooms. Okay, it's in the 14th arrondisment, but so what. Use the bus. Brekkies is free! Travel safely.
