    ⭐ 1 starI stayed at the Est Hotel in Toronto 14 May 2025].From the start, the experience was disappointing. The reception was unprofessional, the room was substandard, and the customer service was very limited.I requested a refund for part of my stay, which was granted. However, the $200 security deposit charged upon arrival has still not been refunded, despite my reminders. It's been over 3 weeks now, and there's been no concrete response from the hotel.I strongly advise against this establishment. A hotel that keeps guests' money for no reason and doesn't respond to requests is not acceptable.Be careful if you book there. refunded me $200 this week the waiting period has passed

    Friendly hotel! Thanks Ali the receptionist for welcome support. Interessing location. Near Est station. With public transport from Est station interesting city tour, architectural, Louvre, shopping and more. Busy intown area. With many shops, cafe"s.

    My room didnt have a door for the bathroom.It had one but it was not a properly door.It didnt close and it was from plastic so you could hear everything.Also the sink was broken and a part of the shower was mising and you he room was small.For what it had it was too expensive

    Very unhelpful. We were due to stay here on 24th Jan 25 but due to a storm in Ireland, our flight was cancelled. Tried several times to get through to the hotel by phone and email to try and reschedule as we got our flights rebooked for the next week. Eventually got through to someone on reception, I asked did he speak English and he said no. I asked if he could find someone who spoke English and he rudely asked “what do you want”. I explained and he said ring again tomorrow at 11.30.So I rang again the next day (24th) and the guy said oh send a message through booking.com. This was already done the day before and also again on 24th and zero answer. Then got an email to say zero refund. Never ever ever in my life have I been spoken to so abruptly on the phone and incredibly unhelpful. Shame on you.

    THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN!I stayed in this hotel for couple nights. One time my girl returned to hotel without me in midnight and asked for key on reception and the guy who worked there started molesting her asking weird questions “are you alone? Where is your boyfriend? Did you cheat on him? Can I come with you to your room?” etc When we told about it to the manager he promised to check it on camera and refund our stay but later he just ignored it. Definitely NOT recommended! Especially for women when traveling alone.
