Location

Offering all the chic and elegance "à la française", the hotel is ideally located right beneath the Arc de Triomphe. The metro station Étoile is 200 m away, the convention center from Porte Maillot is a 10-minute walk and the business district of La Défense is 15 min away (with RER).

Facility

Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

    OUTSTANDING! Among my favorite boutique hotel stays, and certainly my favorite hotel in Paris. The location is perfect, just steps from the metro, surrounded by activities and fine dining. Easy to walk to the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, Notre Dame, and Avenue des Champs-Élysées is next door. Great value--beautiful, spacious room, balcony with seating and view of the Arc du Triumph, full bathtub and spacious bathroom. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The interior is gorgeous. Have a lift! Thank you for the beautiful stay--I look forward to returning and staying at the Etolle Park Hotel.

    Good location near the L’arc de Triomphe. The hotel is outdated and in an urgent need or renovation, i.e., the wall-mounted WC was loose, door stop was not in place, scratches in the walls, water flooded after shower. Staff was helpful and correct. High prize despite the poor quality.

    We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. We had a lovely little balcony with a table and chairs to see the Arc De Triomphe which was amazing.The staff were very friendly and the room was great. Clean room and the bathroom had a nice big bath tub in too.The location is perfect.

    Spent a night in this hotel. Well located, closed to a underground station, few minutes walking to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elisees. I got the room 52, 5th floor. The room is really simple, I would say is more a 2 star hotel. The view from the balcony is simply stunning. There is also a chair where you can seat and enjoy the view of the Arc de Triomphe. The problem was during the night, I could not sleep well because it was too noisy. I reported it to the front office, they knew exactly what I was saying. The room could have been cleaner. The view is 5 star but the room is 1.If the improve the comfort, it could be a great place.

    Myself and my partner had stayed from the 23rd-27th of August. Hotel was in a perfect location - Staff were helpful and kind. Room was perfect for the time we were there and had no issues throughout our stay. Will definitely stay again my next trip to Paris and recommend others too. :)
