This hotel enjoys a splendid location in a secluded street in the Lafayette-Montmartre district of Paris. The Opéra, Montmartre and the business district are all in the immediate vicinity. Scores of shops and entertainment venues as well as many of the city's exemplary tourist attractions are easily discovered on foot or by using the local public transport.

Facility

3 suites and 40 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The hotel provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a conference room and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Welcome Haven for weary travellers

    After 28 hours of flying from New Zealand, Panorama Exe was our lovely space for the next three days to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday on Bastille Day in Paris ! !We were very tired after two 12 hour flights in 2 days.Mohammed on reception was a breath of fresh air for weary travellers, his welcome was a ray of sunshine as was his smile and we felt happy to have reached our destination and to be there.Mohammed was most helpful with directions and options and continued to help us every day also, his customer service was beyond excellent.The room was modern , with pleasing decor and the bathroom was also good and the hotel is centrally located located to shops and restaurants and the Gare du NordWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again, Thank you

    Stayed for 2 nights after my bed fell apart in a nearby airbnb with the host unable to come to fix it immediately. Adequate but compact room barely big enough for 2, price was reasonable though and staff very helpful.If this sort of hotel is you thing (3 star) go for it as the area is really great for food and experiencing a less touristy part of Paris.

    The shower had a very low water stream and the shower door is broken. The sheets had stains. There is no coffee machine in the room. The location was ok, and so was the bed. We looked at the rating ok booking, which was very high, but should have looked here. We ended up booking directly as it was cheaper

    My daughter & I booked a 2 night stay at this lovely hotel, as we were attending the final France v Scotland 6 Nations Game.From our welcome on arrival to our checkout all the staff were so nice & nothing was too much bother.There are plenty of Cafes, restaurants & bars in the surrounding area so plenty of choice. We were on a room only deal & ate out but the hotel does a daily breakfast for €15 per head which looked okay.The rooms & communal areas were absolutely spotless & of a decent quality.Hotel is in great location 5 mins from nearest Metro & a 10 minute walk from main train station at Gare du Nord.Would recommend this lovely hotel to anyone & we will be back in the coming months - Merci

    I was pleasantly surprised all round:- Easy 10-15 min walk from Gare du Nord, even pulling a wheely suitcase, easy to find.- Friendly young man working on reception, very efficient and had my key already set up to go. - Room was a double, but small (it's Paris, what do you expect!), and no where to sit but the bed, so ok for me as a solo traveller on a short trip. Very quiet and peaceful. - Was able to fully open the double windows for fresh air, didn't use the AC, and close the full length curtains as well. - Simple rail with plenty of hangers and space for suitcase storage. Also a mini bar and safe but didn't use either. - Beware some rooms like mine have no door of any kind in the bathroom, literally just an opening. Again fine if solo, not if couples!- Bathroom was compact but spotless and had everything I needed, include good lighting! Shower was nice too. - Bed was super comfy and well padded, with very bouncy pillows (4 on the double bed) and a warm and cosy duvet, all in spotless white linens. And light switches and plugs right next to the bed too. - Breakfast was well laid out and tasty too, good options from cooked, continental charcuterie, fruits etc- Everything was clean and neat. There are bars and cafes nearby, plus some supermarkets as well, and its easy to walk to many of the sights. It felt quite safe at night time. Would definitely stay there again!
