    Poor lobby/reception. Neon on the hotel half lit. Park in front with plastic grass. Bar/restaurant looked closed majority of times, even though it was opened. Room was badly lit, not totally clean.

    Run down, needs upgrades. Pics online are fake a stay of disrepair. Breakfast was very lacking...cold hard-boiled eggs. The closets doors, the bathroom air extractor didn't work. No ice, a fridge or even an iron and board. Shame.........

    I rate this hotel a 3/10. I paid $512.07NZD for 3 nights stay. The pictures they have of the hotel are outdated and don't show a true reflection on what the hotel is actually like. The hotel room smelt of cigarette smoke, the blankets i don't think had been cleaned as their was dust and dirt in the blankets. under the bed was someones used condom (picture attached) so it's obvious the room isn't cleaned well. Some positives are that the hotel is a short walk to a nearby metro station which takes you directly to the CBD and their is a laundromat a 10 minute walk away. Their is also a small supermarket close by to buy food and drinks too.     Beautiful building, quiet location

    First time in paris. Flew into Orly. Train from Orly to a stop 10 min walk from hotel. Hotel beautiful from the outside. Gorgeous building. Staff at reception helpful and friendly. English speaking. Asked for a room swap for a better view and they kindly accommodated. Room however quite small / but gorgeous view. No facilities in the room like fridge etc. good size bathroom with fresh towels daily. Room cleaned every day. Train into city centre about 10 min walk and cost €5. There is a restaurant at the hotel but wasn’t open when we went. Was very quiet.     dirty everywhere, silverfish crawling on the wall and under the bed. it was a bad experience. .
