  Great customer service from Serena and the front office team (sorry for not remembering everyone else's names). We received a warm welcome, and the lobby was always clean and inviting. The facilities are practical and well maintained, and the interiors are stunning. Room was excellent; nothing more needs to be said about it. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for travelers. I can confidently say this is the best Fraser suits among all the ones I have stayed at. Overall, it offers 100% value for money. I will definitely recommend it to friends and look forward to coming back again. She was extremely attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring. Every request we had, she made every effort to find a solution—and she succeeded. From arranging restaurant bookings to securing an early check-in, which was especially important for us as we were traveling with a 10-month-old baby, her support reflected a true first-class service mindset. Atika is without doubt a great ambassador for Fraser Suites Champs-Élysées.At check-in, Ratna assisted us with impressive efficiency and warmth. By good fortune, three out of our four rooms were already ready, which made the experience incredibly comfortable for our entire family, not only for the baby.We would also like to express our sincere thanks for the room upgrade and for arranging all our rooms on the same floor, which made the stay exceptionally convenient and comfortable for the entire family.All hotel staff were consistently helpful, attentive, and courteous—from housekeeping and room cleaning services to the security team.
