The room was comfortable, but a little small. Location perfect, everything is reachable with metro.

The room was a little small but it wasn’t a huge problem. The location was perfect, little far from the city center, but everything was reachable with metro. We had a great time at the hotel. Dirty and bad service

Asked for a twin room, paid 30% more for a twin room that was as big as the standard rooms, two single beds attached to each other. The room was not clean, dust and stains everywhere, sticking floor. The cleaner would come late afternoon even after 5.30, so if you want to rest or use the room, you will not have it cleaned (I had it NOT cleaned for 2 days out of 3; but never mind, I saw the cleaner using the towels - only the towels - to clean the WHOLE bathroom).Reception: late checkin (i was asked to come after 3 pm, while the published check in time is at 2 pm). We are sincerely sorry for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay.We would like to clarify that we pay close attention to the cleanliness of our establishment and that our housekeeping team never cleans the bathroom using only the towels. Our housekeepers are present at the hotel until 5:00 PM, which may explain why cleaning sometimes takes place in the late afternoon.Regarding check-in, the official time is indeed 2:00 PM. However, it occasionally happens that some rooms are not ready exactly at that time. Cosy hotel with great location

The hotel is very neat and cosy, with good location. We were very satisfied even inspite the fact we got downgraded from deluxe room to regular. But the hotel compensated with free breakfast. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast and great location in a area with lot of regular shops and restaurants. Close to metro stations. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great. The staff was warm, welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking at the hospital was sometimes annoying, having to always return the card to the hotel.Wifi not working at 2nd floor.
