    Major Issue with Air conditioning

    Air conditioning doesn’t work although it is extremely hot in Paris. We couldn’t sleep and hotel didn’t offer any help. Rooms are very small. Not worth the money.     Perfect location and price. Neat room, and most importantly the people! Staff very patient to English speaking, solving ours complicated order calmly, easy and in seconds.Great team! Taoufik ( my apologies if I wrongly spelled your name) and Nassim is the top front desk managers! It was a very nice experience! My next visit to Paris hotel!     Simple hotel in Montmartre, comfortable bed, pleasant gentleman at front desk. Lots of restaurants near by and convenient to metro. As with many older buildings with limited space in Europe, they did the best they could with the lift, so it’s not aligned with each floor, instead it’s in between floors, so you have to go up or down a half flight of stairs to get to your floor.     The onliest reason why i reserved this hotel cos of location. Location is perfect. The rooms are too little. Toilet is catastrophic:(there was going rennovierung, the worker began to work in the morning, they didnot leave a chance to sleep normal. The breakfast is so so.     Clean and modern. Everything you need for a short stay. Excellent location.I stayed with my 9 year old daughter and felt welcomed and safe in the area. Hotel is a short walk from Gare du Nord. Beds were comfy enough and the aircon was welcome relief from the summer heat! Breakfast was good continental style. Staff were very helpful and lent us an adapter after we forgot ours and also watched our bags on the last day. Highly recommended if you’re having a short break and don’t need anything fancy. Front of the hotel is currently being renovated but this didn’t not bother us as we were out most of the day.
