Room was clean and decent size. The service was good and friendly. It is a short walk from the metro and it was easy to find.

I was looking for a venue for a business trip of 20 people. I went on the website, hotel looked lovely so I sent an enquiry via email to reservations team. The next morning someone responded asking which hotel I was after. When I specified, a lady called Laura O. just responded that this is not the branch I was after and I have to contact them directly. When I asked for the reservations team email address, I was sent their website, which I can find easily. Nevertheless I tried going via website. This didn't fully translate and with multiple questions to answer I struggled to get through the enquiry page after so I've decided to call them. I was on a call for 10mins waiting for someone to pick up after which the phone line went dead. Having read a review about rude front desk staff I don't think this is the place for our team meeting.

Good room for the price and close to airport

Hotel was easy to get to from airport but a ways from most major attractions. Getting Ubers were easy but not cheap. The staff was helpful when we arrived since we got in super early and let us store bags while we toured the Louvre. Room was decent, but expected a little more from a 4 star. Fridge was very small and the towels were not replaced correctly one night.

My husband and I arrived at 12:15 am, and we finally got checked-in at 1:30 am. Two buses arrived after us, and the employees allowed the guests from the bus to cut in front of us. The employee stated that some days have longer waits and that our wait time could have been up to three hours. When we stated the long wait was unacceptable, the employee asked in a condescending manner, "Would you like to do my job for me?" Also, after paying for our room and waiting for the employee to continuously click and look at his computer for several more minutes, we asked what he was working on so we knew if we'd be able to go to our room soon. He stated that he wasn't going to argue with us and then told us he would no longer be speaking to us. Finally, the employee announced our room number to everyone in the lobby. This made us feel unsafe. I WOULD NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Worst hospitality ever , front desk staff are arrogant and they don’t have basic etiquette’s to handle customer . Don’t ever visit !!!! Hotels stings like anything . They don’t serve basic cold drinks , they don’t provide cups in room . Worst ever experience .
