    This hotel has the potential to be very good. The decor is really nice especially for a the price we paid . Offering a pool is a great bonus and looks nice from a far. We had a comfortable enough stay however we were glad it was for only two nights. The reception, pool area, hallways etc... are very dirty. It's a shame that no one pays attention to this as it it could be a great hotel. I wasn't sure the pool would be clean enough to use as the downstairs area was untidy and not attended too. The room itself again nice bathroom and decor but didn't smell fresh but this could have been because it had been very warm. The staff were friendly. The location is good for travelling if you know routes etc... or have a car. I think it's the best out of the hotels in that area however I think they need more staff for everything to look the way it should.     Very good hotel, close Charles de Gaulle. Chamber are very clean, very good breakfast. As well staff very kind. The ambient is quite, perfect for business travel or if you need to stay outside if Paris traffic. Price is good and balanced with quality.     This is where you end up for dinner if Air France cancel your flight and have to put you up in a hotel for the night. They are clearly providing the absolute bare minimum that they have to under that deal. The meal we were served was absolutely dreadful. The options were a hot buffet (minimal vegetarian options, looking very uninspiring) or a cold buffet (mainly seafood and some very bland pastas and grains). Pudding was a fruit salad, I tried to ask for something else because I'm allergic to apples but they wouldn't give me anything without paying for it.     Out of date hotel that I only went to because there were not many options due to an exhibition in Paris. Even though room was OK rest of the hotel looked worn, there’s no restaurant, no vending machine, staff doesn’t speak English, they forgot to clean and refill coffee and tea facility, put do not disturb on the door yet they did disturb and when I asked for some aspirine they didn’t have.     I booked this hotel on booking.com and I've made a mistake on the credit card expiration date. As soon as I've received the info I've corrected and got the green light for a confirmation but half an hour later the hotel has cancelled my reservation without any reason and when I'm arrived at the hotel the manager and the person at the desk just wanted to explain me that it was my fault or booking fault or anybody else fault...not professional at all, to avoid.
