    Only gave one star because zero stars isn’t an option.Customer service non-existent. Once they have your money they don’t care.

    A nightmare stay with my family. Bedbugs bite all over body. It's turned our holiday to a painful experience. Worst hotel I've ever stayed for sure. It's dirty and mouldy everywhere but BEDBUGS!!. I'll definitely avoid this type hotel. Still suffering from the consequences. ..

    The room was dingy. Not well heated. The water ran cold mostly. Only plus point is location, across from Gare de l’Est so if one has a train leaving at an odd hour then it is convenient Even though nothing got stolen from me, I can well believe it. The breakfast is minimalist at best. Respectable sites like booking.com should not even list it.

    Booked with my 7mo baby and partner. Our booking stated a cot would be provided. Checked in about 5pm. No cot. Told reception, they said they would sort it. Returned about 10pm. No cot. Receptionist spoke very poor English and told us to wait until morning. Stayed up most the night watching my baby in bed with me to make sure he was safe.Was told in the morning that I would get it for our second night and that someone else had it the evening prior and they only had one. Told them they shouldn’t have taken our booking then. This cot never materialised on the second night either! Not good enough! You wouldn’t take a booking form and adult and tell them someone else had their bed!
