    Excellent location. We walked from here to many locations in Paris, Louvre, musee Rodin, place de Concorde, place des invalides, champs d’elysee. Hotel was very clean, staff lovely! Enjoyed the lobby water always refreshing. We got the balcony room and highly recommend it.

    So prior to making a reservation I checked the reviews and the actual rooms that they had available. Mind you I did this 6 months in advance, I get to the hotel at night (check the pictures) and found a wet and moist smell in the room, the carpet has lost color everywhere, has stairs that for my mother that is close to 60 years old and 7 year old nephew can be dangerous. The hotel inside the room looks old and the actual bathroom had a lot of areas damaged and the room has stairs mind you none of this is pictured or said on the reservation. I brought my concerns to the concierge due to bringing an 7 year old and the only thing he said was “you paid for that room, no other option I can do” didn’t offer any options or understand the position that we are in. I had to book a hotel on my last night since we couldn’t deal with the room anymore, they never checked up on us or helped us, but when it came time to pay the taxes they had machine ready and no questions. so I payed 2 times the amount for a night for no reason. This shouldn’t be a 4 star hotel,

    I stayed at this hotel last year and absolutely loved it—everything from the perfect location to the warm and welcoming staff. It quickly became one of my favorite places, and I was looking forward to returning again this year.Unfortunately, due to the heartbreaking loss of my father, I had to cancel my reservation. The hotel is on the expensive side, and while I completely understand policies, I was saddened that they were unable to offer a refund or even a credit toward a future stay.

    Great to be out of the main tourist mayhem, but still be close enough to easily walk to many of the main sites. Or at least easily bus over to them with no transfers.The hotel itself is clean and the air conditioning works well. It was quiet, housekeeping was solid, and the front desk staff were professional and multi-lingual (English, Spanish, etc.). Gratis tea and a small nibble each afternoon from 3pm-6pm in the lobby was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

    Great location with fantastic staff. Rooms were comfortable with full breakfast available downstairs for 20 euros a person. Walking distance to most of the surrounding sites, metro and RER train as well as some terrific restaurants. Close to Luxembourg Gardens, the Pantheon and Rue Mouffetard. Recommend highly.
