Location

Designed in the style of a French country manor, this hotel is located at the heart of Marne-la-Vallée just 3 km from Disneyland. A shuttle bus covers the approximatelyten minutes to the world-famous leisure park. Situated around 37 km from Paris, this hotel lies within a reasonable distance of many other attractions such as golf courses, palaces and monuments. In addition, shopping facilities can be reached in around 5 minutes on foot. It is equally suitable as a stopover point for holidaymakers and business guests to the city.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 396 rooms, including 21 junior suites, 27 suites, 32 single rooms and 2 double rooms, located in a 3-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex guarantees comfortable swimming with its pleasantly heated water, indoor area and children's swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Active guests can enjoy golf. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a beauty salon. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel also offers picnics.

    Great hotel in a nice quiet location. Breakfast was included in the stay, 7/10. The room was quite big and clean. Even though the website stated ‘minibar’ there was no fridge in our room which wasn’t ideal as we have a one year old baby so needed it for milk.The biggest negative was the shuttle bus to and from the park. One night we was literally fighting with people to get on, at 11:30pm. Considering we had a one year old baby asleep in the pram, the driver was adamant we had to take him out and fold the pram, with all the bags etc we was carrying. We gave up in the end and just drove & parked in the Disneyland station car park which cost €27 a day. But overall, for the price and location, it was a great stay.     Never coming again!! Hotel is unhygienic and one of the dirtiest!!

    We stayed in this hotel from 10th April and are about to leave tomorrow(16th April). We were extremely disappointed!!! It's our first time and will definitely be our last. Initially the hotel looks pretty good on the media and websites, but for the price per night it surely failed to even be a little decent. First, when we arrived the hotel room it was so warm, and it turns out there isn't even air conditioning. Also nothing works:-the light on the top bunk isn't working-the hairdryer in the bathroom(which is a hazard by the way because water+electricity = disaster) doesn't work-lots of mold in the bathroom shower-the bathroom lock doesn't even work-When we leave the towels in the bathroom on the floor instead of replacing them they just re-fold and put it back-Teas and coffees have no top up-Elevator outside room is not in use for days since we got here-When a student vomited outside the downstairs elevator it took ages for it to be cleaned up-Toilets are dirty-Hole in pillowcase-The phones don't work-The WiFi hasn't worked for almost 24 hrs, still not working as I'm writing this-pretty sure there's something wrong with the shower water because it made my hair extremely dry, and I've washed my hair 3 times on this trip + I usually have healthy hairI could go on, but one thing is for sure is that it's not worth staying here!!!!     Good but not a four star

    We’ve just returned from a 4 night stay 7th-12th.Check in was quick and hassle free. Staff very welcoming.We ate from the À la carte Menu in the bar as we arrived late. Food was delicious and staff attentive. My son enjoyed the light show.Room was basic but clean. Unfortunately not enough towels for number of guests.And no extractor fan in the bathroom.Breakfast was manic but a good selection of food, however at times they ran out of items and these weren’t replenished. After the first day the rooms were not cleaned or up to a 4 star standard, dirty cups still left in there, dirty towels and tea and coffee not replenished. The cleaning staff really let it down. Whoever cleaned on the last day did a far better job, gave us the right amount of towels and topped up the tea and coffee etc.Hotel just a little tired.Just to warn other guests the shuttle is something else the last buses are a fight for survival of the fittest, we saw adults arguing and kids getting pushed and crying. It really ruined the magic of the day. Not the hotels fault but something to consider. Based on the shuttle we would stay onsite at Disney in the future and would pay the extra for my kids safety.     We stayed 4 nights from 5th April to 9th. On arrival bad impressions from the reception staff, rude young woman, blonde hair think her name was alissia or along those lines. Just stared through us no welcome, no smile nothing. Very rude and came across unapproachable, after all that we was asked for damage dep and the tax so would of came up about £200 before we've even begun our hol, on a budget this isn't ideal. So i mentioned i didn't have any bank cards just cash with us, so she couldn't take for the damage dep, so we just paid cash for the tax. Rooms not cleaned very well, funny smell and carpet was filthy with old stains all over it. Small rooms and we had a double bed and a CHILDRENS bunk for a 5ft 9, 13 year old who kept smacking himself off the surrounding wood, so not ideal. Room was tidied and towels changed each day. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, gutted they had no whole fruit just sloppy fruit salad. Downstairs area was the best part very magical looking, moving features on the walls. Had to pay €50 euro to hire an iron and ironing board, crazy! Its also 30 mins from the parks and shuttle buses are a danger hazzard, ridiculous. On leaving nobody even bothered to say bye, yet again staff unproffesional. Would i stay here again, probably not.
