  This hotel is the most rudest receptionist that I have ever come across, room and bathroom was ok very tight and wouldn’t want to stay there any longer than one night but from the moment you walk through the front entrance the male receptionist for no reason is rude and completely horrid he just didn’t want you there even though you tried to ignore it , it was draining

  TERRIBLE SERVICE, AVOID!!

  Arrived and I was about to check in, my girlfriend was studying and she were arriving like two hours later. When I arrived I walked up to the receptionist, said that I wanted to check in and said that my girlfriend was arriving later. He refused to let me check in before she arrived, even though we booked the room together. He refused to even look at my booking. I then asked if I could sit in the lobby and wait (since I had both mine and her bag) he said refused and said that I could wait outside for two hours.Horrible service, not worth even if it’s super cheap. And I found out the hard way why it were so cheap..

  Excellent Except

  Everything was excellent. This probably won't affect many people, but I was disappointed that I shouldn't have collected by baggage at 11.30pm. The cut off time is 8.00pm. There is nothing on the website or other booking sites that there is a limited hold time till 8.00pm. That was the reason I didn't go with an AirBnB and chose a hotel with 24 hour concierge. I usually leave my bag and collect it late to make the most of the day. I had a 12.45am Paris departure which is why I collected it so late. I didn't know it was inconveniencing the staff for keeping it late. I was told that they didn't know me as they didn't work earlier. However, even if I picked it up at 7.30pm I'm sure the morning shift wouldn't still be working and the evening staff wouldn't know me either. Very disappointing that they had that attitude and spoilt a very pleasant stay. I won't be staying there again as I usaally have late departures.

  Not a "Grand Hotel" at all

  There is nothing "Grand" in this hotel, everything is small. The elevator is small and so was our room. There was no space to move in the room, in the wardrobe you can't even put a cabin trolley inside. The bathroom was the worst: IN the shower there is the sink, so to just wash your hands you need to go through the shower. The wc is small. Our room was next to the elevator, so we could hear all the engine noises and the people going out. Last but not least, the cleaning service made only the bed and threw away the rubbish, but the floor had never been cleaned. Actually, it's not worth what we paid.Positive aspects: the staff was kind and the position is perfect to visit Paris.

  It’s not worth it!

  This is a very old and poorly maintained hotel. The walls have peeling paint everywhere, and there are signs of moisture damage. The bathroom has several broken items, including the toilet seat lid and the showerhead, which kept falling on us. There is a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. To top off our stay, I cut my foot on a loose baseboard corner. Our room was literally falling apart. It is definitely not worth the nightly rate.
