  This hotel cancelled our booking the night before we were due to check in. They had already taken a part payment from us. I tried to call them and ask why and the rude woman just hung up on me. They eventually said we can rebook the room at a higher price. This was on the night before the champions league final so they obviously just wanted more money. AVOID, and book somewhere else, unless you want them to steal your money like they did to us.   The description of this hotel being close to the city center is totally deceiving

  The room was average. Location is not as described as it should be. You have to walk 10 minutes to the closest tram, then after 3 or 4 stops (depending on where you want to go) get a train. The whole process takes about an hour and you loose 2 hours of your day in traveling. If you take an Uber the time lost might be the same or even more due to the terrible traffic in Paris.   I don't really know where to start. This place was awful. Firstly take note of the photos on here. Our bathroom was awful with cracked walls. Shower looked unclean. Toilet seat was wonky as was not fitted correctly. We did not see one person staying there the whole weekend. I found this strange. We had breakfast once, which was not great, but ok, I've had better.On Saturday we went to bed about midnight and I was woken up by this banging on our bedroom door. Someone was knocking the door really insistently at 3am. I was scared and told my partner not to open the door. The next morning we checked out and got breakfast in the city.Location wise this was not a good location. It is miles away from the centre. The train and tram we took at first but it is faster to get an uber or taxi. It cost €32 from here to Arc de triumph.I really would not recommend this place at all. Especially if you have children.   Quiet a nice and calm place

  I just had to spend a night there in late may 2018 but I really enjoyed being there as the place is remote and calm. It is really clean and the personnel is friendly and fast in service delivery. I think it will be my hotel in Ile de France henceforth though they may consider opening their restaurant for lunch and diner.   Great value for money

  We were here for one night for the Ed Sheeran concert as were many other guests. The staff were very helpful by telling us the best way to the Stade de France (by tram, changing once). This was fairly quick. When I went back later by car to collect my wife, daughter and a friend, it was a big mistake. The round trip back to the hotel (just over 4km) took almost two hours due to the high volume of traffic.Back to the hotel. It has on site secure parking. Well, secure at night when they shut the gate. We were pleasantly surprised to see that it was set in it's own grounds and had outdoor seating for breakfast, as well as indoor seating.Our rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The hotel does look a little dated compared with others in their group, but in reality, who cares?The bathroom was compact but functional. A shower over the bath, which was fine. There was plenty of wardrobe space if you wanted it. The tv only showed French programs, but Hey!, that's where we were! Kettle and tea/coffee provided. Breakfast was available, but at €10 each we thought was a bit expensive. Locally, there is a large shopping mall (Qwartz) a couple of kilometres distant with free parking for 3000 vehicles. Here you will find a large Carrefour supermarket, plus a range of designer stores as well as regular shops such as Primark. (Who would believe that people will queue to get in to Primark at weekends?!!!)There are also two local shops within a few minutes walk.I don't know why people would complain about this hotel. It's location and price were ideal. We used one of the hotel sites to book and saved 50% on the hotel price. Two rooms for £43 each, in Paris!Toiletries were supplied in the bathroom.
