Location

The hotel is perfectly located a minute's walk from the Arc de Triomphe, which stands in the middle of the Place Charles de Gaulle, formerly the Place de l'Étoile, at the western end of the Champs-Élysées, which is a key player in this historical area of the city. Starting from the courtyard of the Palais du Louvre, with a sequence of monuments and grand thoroughfares leading out of Paris, this avenue is a must-see destination on any visitor's agenda. Likewise not to be missed is the Eiffel Tower, one of the top-10 spots in Paris. The airport is only about a 25-minute ride from the accommodation. The hotel is quite convenient for shopping purposes and for experiencing the lifestyle of the French people.

Facility

23 non-smoking rooms, including 4 junior suites, 2 single rooms and 16 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Great stay in Paris, enough space in the rooms, although not really big.Great design and nice staff!!The breakfast doesn't look great, I rather not pay the included and walk to a Cafe.Very close to the Arc del Triomphe!!

    Stayed for our anniversary which was ruined by the hotel being unsafe and work being carried out that woke us up each day with extremely loud drilling and banging. Management just ignored our complaint and have done ever since. Finally had a response from ljlal after leaving a review but despite emailing this person to discuss my complaint, this still hasn't been resolved and my emails just go unanswered which is beyond unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel. They clearly just reply to reviews to try and look as though they care, they do not!

    Very friendly staff, uncomplicated morning coffee, beautiful room and comfortable bed. Absolutely worth!

    Nice hotel very helpful staff. Good hot water good water pressure. Good AC and heat. Very quiet and quaint. A couple of recommendations for improvement. Since you cannot plug the e hair dryer in next to the bathroom mirror, you have to use the mirror by the desk. It is not very well lit in that area. Adding a light over that mirror would greatly enhance the usefulness. Also I know the curtains are part of the “zen” of the hotel but they were in our way often and were not easily moved about. We did not have the breakfast. Location next to the Arc de Triomphe and the RER A line of Charles. De Gaulle ( 4minute walk) is outstanding. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

    A wonderful hotel with truly hospitable staff!!

    The location is excellent. It is close to wonderful restaurants, supermarkets, and high-quality delicatessen shops.I stayed in room 308. I believe the windows may not be soundproof, as I could hear traffic noise and people talking outside.I will travel to Paris again for work in September, and I would like to stay here again.
