Location

The hotel enjoys an ideal setting in the heart of Roissy - Charles de Gaulle International Airport, between terminals 1 & 2 and in front of terminal 3. The hotel is close to the RER B metro station taking passengers towards Paris. The city is around 30 km away and the hotel is close to Disneyland, and Parc Astérix.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with a lift and 385 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.     Stayed for 2 nights. Good option for an airport stay, centrally located and easy to find. Large room, a little aged though. Check in staff were not very helpful and not particularly interested.

    This is a very good hotel. Room size is good, cleanliness very good. Location very good. But the well trained and efficient staff at the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance are the stars for me. Special thanks to Peris who answered my email prior to arrival and set aside a special request room for me. This was MOST appreciated! He's a great asset to the hotel front desk team.Special thanks to housekeeping staff person Jason Monteiro who provided excellent translation help sorting out a problem in the room. Special thanks to technician Hamyl who provided an plug adapter for my phone. Now the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet had very little for a gluten free person and for a person watching for additives in the food. I don't like a yogurt dispensing machine that has no signage about ingredients in the yogurt. Go back to using individual yogurt containers with ingredients listed is my suggestion. The cereals did not have an ingredient list and staff didn't really understand my English or French when asking for 'gluten free'. One man did and over explained why there wasn't anything available. The products were taken by other people the day before. This is a huge hotel with a big conference happening. You shouldn't run out of special diet items the day before and not deal with it. Buy some gluten free products and keep them in the kitchen for 'upon request' from guests so the availability is always there for the guest. Leaving the bowl of wrapped gluten free baked goods at the open end of the buffet will only entice handfuls going into pockets and purses. Yes these are expensive and should be handled on an individual request basis. I appreciate the kitchen staff providing poached eggs to me. Thank you.

    If you need a night adjacent to CDG, this property is a strong option. Huge atrium and restaurant / bar -- impressive when you walk in. Executive lounge, should you have access. Beautiful breakfast in variety, quantity, presentation, and speed of self-service. Rooms were larger than typical European . . . more like USA. AC was "interesting" and not quite sure if it was fully functional despite what the thermostat might say :-) . Some guests were fine with it (I asked around). I stay at Hilton's 60+ days a year for 15+ years (and lived in Europe for 5 years, so I understand the potential USA-Europe differential), and I would stay here again, but I'd be careful with the AC to ensure the room was adequately cooled. I'll actually be back in one week with a follow-up stay. Concierge and check-in super friendly and helpful. Grocery store at adjacent airport shuttle building. Bon voyage!     Comfortable, spacious room, great buffet dinner & buffet breakfast

    American Airlines put up us plane passengers for one night as they had to cancel the flight. The hotel gave me a giant, comfortable room, 2 queen beds. The comps included a wonderful buffet dinner and a wonderful buffet breakfast. For dinner, of course, alcohol was not included but i purchased an awesome tap Belgium lambic from the nearby hotel bar. The room was quiet. It was convenient to return via free transit tram to the airport.
