Location

This city hotel lies in the largest shopping and office centre of Europe, with over 1,500 businesses residing there. The hotel welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 148 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected.     Highly recommend this beautiful hotel n the breakfast! We were lucky enough to stay at the Hilton La Defense in Paris between 9th-12th April, 2026. We really enjoyed our stay and in particular the wonderful customer service we received from Abdul Kader in the dining area during Breakfast. Abdul was our sunshine at breakfast no request was ever too much and he was so thoughtful and ever ready to help. He was really kind and attentive to our needs. His positive attitude and professionalism were second to none, and he really impressed us with his“nothing is too much” customer oriented approach. Sadly it isn’t everyday we can expect such brilliant customer service and when we are lucky enough to be on the receiving end, it should not go unnoticed. I really hope Abdul is rewarded as an outstanding member of staff appropriately; he made our travel to Paris so much nicer. He went above and beyond with being so thoughtful and welcoming; remaining happy to help at all times. Hilton Managers, Please document our praise, better still promote him or give him a raise, he honestly deserves it as an asset to your Team! “Keep up the good work Abdul, We miss you and will never forget your help and support!!” Thankyou <3 All good wishes, The Uddins of Switzerland

    great location, but some issues

    Loved the location and price. We were a direct 23 min train ride from Versaille, 15 minutes to the Louve, Eiffel Tower and Montmartre. Quick 11 min express train ride from Magenta/Gare de Nord.This checked all the boxes for us. It was very reasonably priced for family of 3 and close to everything. The escalators from the hotel go to the mall and then down to the La defense station. You could grab the RER and metro in less then 5 minutes from leaving your room.The front desk personal were always helpful, smiling, and greeted you. The breakfast was typical Hilton, and very good.We did not get an upgrade as lifetime diamond, and I thought it was interesting that we could have paid for an upgrade online.However, I will tell you the room and the hallways were dirty and needed a good vacuum. This is a little worn down for a Hilton, and my biggest problem is that you could not get any fresh air. Our in room heater/air conditioner did not seem to work too well. We have a really difficult time staying in hotels where you have a window, but there is no way to open it and get some fresh air in the room. The other concern is that you really cannot leave the drapes open unless you want the entire mall to watch you dress and walk around.We probably would stay here again because of the location and price, as well as the extremely helpful and friendly staff. However, we would just view it as a place to sleep and leave immediately in the morning.

    This is the best hotel i've ever had stayed in.The staff was friendly and helpful.They gave us directions about the trains.The bedroom was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft and clean.The shower was the best part of the hotel room. The temperature of the water was perfect. The only thing witch I like you to improve on is the heating of the room.During the night,it became very hot.I tried to lower down the heating but the lowest temperature was 18.5C.I would like to lower it to 15C. The breakfast was delicious.The best part of breakfast is the honey and hot chocolate.The location is good.It was reachable to the Eiffel Tower.

    One of the best European Hiltons I’ve stayed in. The property is beautifully renovated with a very stylish lobby and equally stylish rooms. We were able to check in to an upgraded, oversized room at 8 AM and even got a full breakfast upon arrival, which was very appreciated. Breakfast itself was tasty, a clear cut above average. The only downside with the room was that the HVAC - in typical European matter - was too weak, and needed to be supplemented with a heater to increase the room temp from 18 to 22. That said, the friendly service and excellent location (within a major mall) were the highlights of our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I will return for future Paris stays. (A minor annoyance was that the housekeeping staff seemed to lack even basic understanding of English, which seemed odd for a Hilton property.)

    Very hard location to find via uber checked in agent was rude. My room never was vacuumed, coffee replenished, and water. Will never stay here again. Breakfast was good food and service
