I won’t rate this hotel with a zero because the shower had good pressure and the bed was comfortable but it was very dirty, they do the beds and change towels but they don’t clean the shower, bathroom and floors, it needs a lot of updates, the front desk not always had someone at night, it is in a residential neighborhood far from public transportation and restaurants and no shopping around.

Overall Okay. Close to all places such as restaurants, markets, laundry and metro train. Very helpful, friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are always changed. The important thing is that there is an elevator. Very satisfied with this hotel.
