Shameful! The hotel is not as it appears in the photos. They retouched the photos with AI. The hotel (if you can call it that) is ruined both inside and out. They don't know what cleanliness is. The heating doesn't work, it's too hot, and the knob to regulate it didn't work. We left the next morning. The receptionist dared to deny the obvious embarrassing and neglected state of the building. It was rude and unfair. DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!

Experience was terrible, we booked a 2 bed room for 3 persons. It was unliveable, there was bugs, the smell in that room was something terrible, even in the bathroom smells like urine. We cancel the booking and we moved to another hotel. Stay away from this

What a awful place to stay this place is utter joke needs reporting rats in the building shatterd windows drug deals outside dont book you will cry rude staff needs redecorated nothing to do in the area.

From walking in you could see how disgusting it was! Reception staff were not friendly at all! Went to our room on the first floor.. carpets were very dirty and old! Room was gross… only had a top sheet and a blanket for bedding.. also had a couple of bugs and cockroaches ( not in the bed).. we tried to find something else but with no luck!When we got back from our visit into Paris all you could hear was shouting from the people on the street until about 2am! Shower room was the same as the room! But water pressure was good!

This hotel is HORRIBLE , the rooms are HORRIBLE ...A RAT HOLE, as soon as you enter the hotel you see how horrible is from the entrance, the lobby, the elevators. The room is an old mattress board with an old mattress and a sheet covering the dirty mattress nothing else so you can see the old and dirty bed-boards. You also get an old table and a dirty fan (do not expect AC), dirty curtains, an old bathroom with old towels...this is a room of a horror movie where you want to run away immediately ...!. Strange people come in and out of this hotel...!!! They lie with the pictures that they show in Booking.com or any other website DO NOT look nothing close of what you get , they literally steal you money with this hotel. As soon as you see this hotel and the room you want to run...immediately. I cancelled the reservation right away but the management DID NOT refund my money (The hotel management is who takes the final decision on the refund) so they steal your money with this RAT HOLE!!!!This hotel deserve the worst rating and should not be in any website at all !!!!! This type of hotels should remove from any website forever and they should not be lying to people with pictures of rooms that do not exist !!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS DIRTY RAT HOLE ...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY . IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER...!
