    Perfect Location to Visit LaValle Village Outlet Mall

    My husband and I stayed here 2 nights. This hotel is about 10 minute drive to the La Vallée Village outlet mall and very close to Disneyland Paris. Overall stay was decent for a HIE. Breakfast was okay not over the top but decent enough to eat to knock off the hunger.The rooms are nice size and the bed was decent.

    What a brilliant express. Incredibly helpful staff, generous to ihg members (I got a pot of local honey, drinks and points!!). Breakfast was generous and awesome croissants.Rooms were very clean and fresh. I don’t give 5 stars often and this place was cheap and excellent!

    ⭐️ 1/5 – Holiday Inn Express Marne la Vallée Val d’Europe is an absolute disgraceThis hotel is a disaster from start to finish. Everything was broken or dirty. The door had been forced and didn’t even close properly, there were filthy stains on the floor and even on the sheets, and the bathroom didn’t even have a drain cover. Like a run-down student dorm, but at full price.When we complained, we were simply laughed at by an employee named Said. His “solution”? A free drink… as if that makes up for a broken door, dirty sheets, and a bathroom without a drain cover. A new room supposedly wasn’t possible because “the hotel was full.” What a joke, since we saw with our own eyes that this wasn’t true. In the end, we did get another room, but it had already been given to a family checking in at the same time as us. So when we tried to enter, those poor people nearly had a heart attack. Awkward for us, painful for them, but above all a complete failure by Said.Check-in is done by hand here (who does that in 2025?) and you have to pay the tourist tax immediately. Breakfast the next morning was so bad you wouldn’t even dare to give it to a homeless person.The hotel manager was “unreachable” – according to the staff they supposedly didn’t have his phone number. Another lie, because the next morning he was standing right there. This manager, Stéphane Bazin, pretended to take us seriously and gave us his business card. He promised that we could email him for follow-up and compensation. We did exactly that, but a week later we still haven’t received any reply. Apparently, he doesn’t care either.This hotel should absolutely not carry the Holiday Inn name. It is a disgrace to the entire hotel chain, to Disneyland Paris, and to every traveler spending their hard-earned money here. Filthy rooms, broken facilities, lies, and total contempt for the guest. The only thing this hotel cares about is taking your money.People, be warned: this hotel is beyond filthy and as a guest you will not be taken seriously at all. Even a homeless person wouldn’t want to sleep here.
