In France, it is not mandatory to have wash clothes in rooms, nor safe or fridge in 3 stars hotels. The hotel does have 4 suites rooms with fridge and safe so feel free next time to book the suitable room for your needs.We are deeply sorry regarding the elevator, one out of 2 is in maintenance to improve service and guest experience.Thanks for your staySincerely,Albane

We are here right now on our first day the first few hours, it wasnt what we were expecting. We booked for 3 people, and first I have to call for a 3rd set of towels.. then the ONLY pillow that they have was not even a pillow, its just a small throw (attached picture) not happy already on our first night here.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here, the rooms had everything you need with added extra of having a TV with chromecast streaming which was a nice welcome in the evenings after some busy days exploring Paris!The staff were all friendly and very helpful, especially Ibrahim on reception, the housekeeping staff did a great job of making up our room daily and the breakfast staff were prompt and working very hard at keeping everything running smoothly at breakfast time.The hotel itself is in a great location, close to plenty of metro stations and also in a neighbourhood with plenty of choice for local shops bars and restaurants. The canal view from our room was a lovely touch, and the rooms appeared to have good sound proofing and we never heard the other guests despite the hotel being fully booked.All in all we loved our stay here, and would definitely recommend!

Our stay was no doubt an excellent one. It was a perfect 4 nights and 5 days get away from California. I love the location that you can access the subway in 5 minutes walk and go anywhere around Paris.The hotel itself is amazing. Great staff (Front Office, Housekeeping, restaurant staff and security). Very helpful with excellent guest service skills. Kudos to Ibrahim for a warm welcome. Amazing Man... Thank you for all your help. I'm not gonna lie. it exceeded my expectation. Great job everyone. Keep it up...

Good location but budget feel

The staff is friendly, the lobby nice and welcoming, the location convenient and set in an interesting and mostly pretty neighborhood. The breakfast is good.But beware of the quality of most rooms. They look very budget and in style strongly resemble those in Ibis Budget. Only the rooms on the top floor are allegedly better. This is surprising and disappointing.
