    Clean and nice breakfast. Outside of Paris but easy to get Uber to get to Paris or Versailles. Quit hotel and rooms.     I had the good fortune to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Velizy, whilst on a business trip to Paris late September 2025. During the three weeks I spent at the hotel, the staff were extremely accommodating, helping me with taxi booking and directions. The breakfast are a well present buffet style arrangement, with a great selection of cuisine to start your day.     Not the best and dangerous garage

    First of all the car park is very tight to enter and on arriving in the basement found it to be an oil and water skid pan and nearly crashed into a concrete pillar Reported the danger to desk. Answer yes they know it is an oil or petrol leak from a garage.aboveSurely a DANGEROUS thingReturned next day and no change again complaint, yes they know about itThird day gave up and parked on road. Very tight a d dangerous garage.The room was first night serviced without changing the sheetsSecond night room not serviced at allDesk staff said they had been busy.     Stayed here on business for 3 nights. Had an average experience. I had a room facing the inner court, so not to much outside noise. Because rooms are arranged in a circe the room layout was somewhat quirky. Could not watch the tv from the bed as it was positioned under a strong angle. Not much room for storage. Breakfast was fine and th hotel offers some drinks and snacks for the evening. Surrounding area is awful. Some dining options in the Velizy shopping mall. Otherwise it’s better to get a cab to Bolongne.     Holiday INN Express Paris VelizyThe hotel in question is the Holiday INN Express Paris Velizy, located at 51 Avenue de I'Europe Velizy-Villacoublay, France 78140. The hotel's front desk can be reached at 33184731150, and its email is infor@hiexvelizy.com. The guest who made the reservation is Timothy Tuck, and the dates of his stay were from Monday, 25 March 2024, through Friday, 29 March 2024. The total cost of the stay was 571.16 euros.Timothy has been an IHG member since the 90s and is currently a Platinum Elite Ambassador member. When his wife checked in to the hotel on the night of 24 March, the front desk agent did not offer a room upgrade if one was available. After assigning her a room, the agent walked away without providing any upgrade. When she brought this to his attention, he muttered that he wouldn't offer her an upgrade. Timothy contacted IHG's online reservation service that night to report the incident. They assured him that they would look into the matter. However, the next day, when he spoke to the hotel's manager, she claimed that Timothy's wife had indeed received an upgrade, which was not true. She tried to trick Timothy into believing that being on the first floor was an upgrade, which he found insulting. Throughout his stays with the IHG brand, Timothy had always been acknowledged for his status and offered a room upgrade if available. If no upgrade was available, he was always informed of this. However, this did not happen in this instance, which is why his wife brought it to the agent's attention in the first place.The location is 51 Avenue de I'Europe Velizy-Villacoublay, France 78140, Hotel Front Desk 33184731150.
