    Perfect hotel for starting and ending a group bike tour

    Once again this hotel has proved to be the perfect base of operations for starting and ending a bicycle tour with a group. The staff are excellent- helpful and accommodating - the rooms are large new and air conditioned, the airport shuttle makes getting to and from the airport with bikes and other gear very easy, and the hotel facilities are new bright and spacious . Extremely good breakfasts, tasty menu for lunches and dinners and good availability of large meeting rooms for temporary bike box storage and for briefing meetings. It is located within short walking distance of a charming small French village with restaurants, small grocery stores an dPharmacies, and within a short bike or Uber ride to very large mall at Aeroville. Not mention a gorgeous sauna up on te 5th floor.     Nice way to rest and refresh before or in between flights.

    A great one night stay while waiting for our flight. The free shuttle from CDG was much appreciated, although wayfinding to find it could be better, and the hotel receptionist had a hard time explaining how to find it over the phone.The room was very clean and efficient, the staff friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was what is expected from Holiday Inns. The restaurant served a very nice dinner.We would stay here again, our stay gave us a chance to sleep and refresh before our flight the next day.     Perfect stay with good staff

    What a wonderful experience…à comfy hotel with a great staff, and large rooms. Best of all, it is hypoallergenic…no feathers, no smoking, and hypoallergenic Dove soap. Plus, à grand bed, clean room, and a very kind fellow who made us dinner. I would love to return here!     Overpowering cleaning solution smells

    The hotel lobby, restaurant, and reception were all good. Everything seemed fine until we got on the elevator and the doors opened to the hallways and rooms. The horrible smells of cleaning products were disgusting and made us cough immediately. The room also had this awful smell and it was everywhere!! We went back to reception and complained about it because even if you are not ‘scent sensitive’ this powerful cleaning smell was enough to make you choke and your eyes water in pain. We were given another floor and a different room (which hadn’t been used in a couple days so it wasn’t cleaned that day). The hallway here also stunk of that same cleaning solution! The room itself was slightly better but we had to open the window to air it out for several hours. Finally, we were able to get some sleep. In this day and age of being conscious about smells of any kind in public, it was a shock to find that such harsh cleaning solutions were being used here. We’ve stayed in other Holiday Inns around the world and never encountered any smells such as what was in this hotel.     Pleasantly surprised with this lovely hotel

    I had a wonderful one-night stay at the Holiday Inn CDG before a morning overseas flight. The hotel is only three years old and definitely changed my perception of airport hotels.Right away you notice the massive, modern and clean lobby. There’s a restaurant, bar, large breakfast area and plenty of seating. It’s bright and very welcoming. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I thought about leaving for dinner but ended up eating there because of the menu and wasn’t disappointed. Also, the wines were great because it is France. My room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and relaxing. It was a very quiet and pleasant night. There’s a complimentary shuttle to CDG Terminal 2 that leaves every 30 minutes. We ended up getting an Uber only because we were going to a different terminal. After my pleasant experience, I’d definitely stay here again.
