    Very very bad experience.

    A very disappointing experience.I called the hotel more than ten times during business hours regarding an issue with my reservation, yet no one answered for a long time. When I finally managed to reach a member of staff, the experience became even more frustrating. The staff member was extremely rude, repeatedly interrupted me before I could fully explain my situation, and eventually hung up the phone.I completely understand that hotels have their own policies and procedures. However, as a business in the hospitality industry, basic courtesy, respect, and professional communication should be expected. Throughout the conversation, I felt dismissed and disrespected rather than assisted.I have visited France three times before and stayed in different hotels on each trip. Never have I encountered such poor customer service. This was not only the worst hotel-related experience I have had in France, but also one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered in recent years.Paris offers countless hotel options. For a hotel that fails to provide even the most basic level of respect and communication to its guests, I will never book here again and would not recommend it to any of my friends. If customer service matters to you, I strongly suggest choosing another hotel.

    Nice safe and friendly hotel within walking distance of Notre Dame

    Horrible hotel and service

    When booking the room for the night with my family, we didn’t notice that the year of the booking had been switched by the system. Upon arrival, both receptionists denied us a room citing that 1) the hotel was fully booked and 2) the reservation was for a different year. We were told that this is a known system glitch which has happened multiple times and were assured for a full refund after contacting them and explaining the situation. Now we’re being denied said refund because the hotel can’t “make an exception” for us. The way this situation has been dealt with is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. It is unreasonable to have to provide undeniable proof that the booking was made correctly by us as opposed to the known system glitch. To assure us of a full refund on site and then contradict that after we’ve done everything they asked us to do is not okay. I would urge everyone making a reservation to ensure that they have proof of the correct booking details during the booking process as something like this might occur. This has been a horrible experience and I won’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone!!     Don't Judge a Book Buy It's Cover. Sometimes Read Between The Lines!!!!!!!!!

    Position and outside appearance very Good.Then the old saying "Don't Judge A Book By It's Cover"!!!!!!!!!!!!!We booked & paid 12mths in advance for a Junior Suite due to traveling with our granddaughter, when we arrived and tried to show the Reception our booking for the Suite he just raised his voice stating you will get what is available. We had further discussion with reception staff and always the same outcome, basically you get what is available. Then due to a booking mix up we were moved rooms for our 7th night of our stay and shown in photos this was even worse. When I question about the state of this Room both the reception and Manger responded very poorly at one point commenting that I was a vey Insecure Man.     Think twice before reserving a room from Home Latin

    We stayed for four nights and the two first were-mildly put- awful. The room was in the lowest floor and a huge “heater, air conditioning which loud sound came into the room as well as the sons of the elevator. The room smelled of moist and air was heavy, and the room wasn’t clean. I immediately went to the reception to ask for another room but I was told that the hotel was fully booked. Can’t understand that the hotel can even offer such a room. After two nights we got a new room from the 4th floor. Most probably this was thanks to Monsieur Benabi the receptionist who totally understood our situation. He was very helpful and kind whereas another man working in the reception was his opposite.Monsieur Benabi and the good location of the hotel made our trip- finally - a successful one. However, I would think twice before reserving a room from this hotel.
