  Fantastic Location and Conformtable Stay

  The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Many iconic landmarks—Place de la Concorde, Les Tuileries, the Louvre, Opéra Garnier, La Madeleine, and the grands magasins—are all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, offering ample wardrobe and cabinet storage. The on-site restaurant is also a highlight, serving a delicious breakfast as well as full meals throughout the day.   Safety Risk Warning: Make Sure You Don't Accept Their Rooms With Slanted Ceilings!

  Before you book a room with Hotel Royal Saint-Honore, be sure you ask to see a photo of the actual room you will be getting. Rooms (such as 606) are a serious safety hazard with their very low vaulted ceilings. If you’re sleeping on the right side of the bed, you cannot walk to the bathroom without bending over. I ended up banging my head which resulted in a chipped tooth. I had intended to post a picture of this room with my review but mistakenly deleted it. And when I contacted the hotel and asked them to email me a photo they refused to do it. When the hotel responds to this review, I would ask that they attach a photo of Room 606 taken from the right side of the bed. Perhaps they will also address why these types of rooms are not featured on their website if they feel they are perfectly safe and worthy of a 4 star hotel.   Highly recommend the Royal St. Honore Hotel, Paris

  I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to do so on this hotel. I will start by simply saying that I will DEFINITELY being staying with the Royal St. Honore on my next trip!!! I have been to Paris countless times and this Hotel exceeded all of my expectations. -Centrally located to EVERYTHING; -Beautiful, safe location walking distance to sites, unlimited bars and restaurants, squares and parks; and shopping galore-Their inhouse restaurant ended up being our best meal (and we went to some fabulous restaurants of all kinds). The vibe is the best. So elegant yet warm. What makes this Hotel soooooooooooooo special and set apart is their staff. Our dealings with Morgan; Eric and Mathieu were superlative. The are kind; professional; knowledgeable and interfaced with every part of our trip with organizing transportation; restaurants; tours; etc. They all seemed so eager to help make our trip so special, and I can tell you they succeeded.   I have emailed the hotel privately about the lack of regard for my booking and the lack of amenities in the room I was put in (not the room I booked), how the situation which was no fault of mine, dealt with and general disregard and care for me and my friend and our situation Laurent Herpeux, Directeur général at Hotel Royal Saint-Honore, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the situation you encountered during your stay and deeply regret that your experience did not live up to your expectations. We take all of our guests' concerns seriously, and it is worrying to hear that you felt ignored and that the room you were allocated did not match your booking.
