    Do not get make the mistake of booking this place. Terrible people. The place is absolute Disgusting. Extremely unsafe. Shady business going on here.

    I've stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels in Paris, and I've not had the exceptional service that I received at the Alane Hotel. All the staff were amazingly friendly, I cannot emphasise how great they were enough. They even helped me with a plug converter after my one broke somehow, and they secured my bags for a few hours after my train home was delayed, which I was not expecting at all. The location is fantastic, as I was travelling in via the Eurostar, it's so easy if you're like me and always leave travel to the last minute, and also it's only a short walk from so many great Parisian bars, shops, and famous views. The AC was great, the shower was powerful, the room was spotless, and the service was exceptional, even if the price was higher. Thank you again for a terrific stay, I will certainly be staying here again very soon!

    Not in a super nice part of Paris or close to anything I was going to see. But in a good location to a metro and bus stop plus one of the train stations. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrible. Very poor selection. The room was small, but that seems to be normal in my experience in Paris. Comfortable enough though.

    We stayed at this hotel 5 days, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had.Upon arrival, we found torn bed covers, a baby cot without a mattress (just a blanket covering the metal bars), and a broken air conditioner — which caused our 15-month-old baby to get congested overnight due to the cold.The walls are extremely thin, and noise from neighboring rooms was constant.The most shocking issue was with housekeeping: one afternoon, while we were all asleep, the housekeeper knocked briefly and, without waiting for a response, entered our room to leave towels — while we were still sleeping inside.Also, during nap time, they repeatedly hit our door with the vacuum cleaner while cleaning the hallway.On a positive note, the staff were very polite, and the hotel is in an excellent location, but overall, it failed to provide a comfortable or respectful environment for a family stay.

    The hotel is overall ok, the staff are friendly and helpfulThe location while central is in a rough area so lots and lots of shouting until 3-4am every night. We struggled to sleep The beds are comfortable but have heavily marked sheets etcThe bathroom needs to good clean lots and lots of mould.Little ants are present all over the room and beds.The hotel has so much potential with a little effort from the cleaning staff
