A central hotel in a nice location. Unfortunately the two staff - day reception/ breakfast service are extremely poor and rude lacking customer service, not replenishing breakfast produce and refilling juice/coffee machine.

I'm sorry to say this hotel is terrible. The receptionist cannot speak a word of English so does a runner when she sees us coming. The air conditioning is very rarely on and in the height of summer this is not acceptable. The mattresses are old ripped and so soft you sink in the middle. Actually took photos of them, it looked rotton.This is supposed to be nonsmoking but the bedding smells of stale smoke. Awful for a non smoker.The breakfast was appalling. Hardly anything there. Cold, and the ham looked so iffy I would have been scared to eat it.This was apparently a 4 star. 😄😄😄 in your dreams This was part of a very expensive leger holiday. Only 2 nights but couldn't wait to get out.Will be complaining to them as well.

Hotel is never a 4 star in a million years. 2 STAR IBIS IS BETTER No Iron or board in roomNo fridgeNo coffee making facilities Breakfast is the most basic I’ve ever seen in my life of staying in hotels for 50 years.Parking is safe under the hotelRooms are clean but been damaged Bathroom door smashed and shower holder rod ripped off and stuck under sink .When staff was told. The reply was. There’s nothing I can do.All in all I WOUDNT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND it to friends Patricia P, Directeur général at Hotel Albert 1er, responded to this review We take note of your information and comments. As you may know, iron board or fridge are not mandatory in a 4 stars hotel. We offer Nespresso in all the rooms and a large buffet breakfast. Unexpected original Hotel in a green environment with an a somehow historical decoration. Very value so close to Paris

Unexpected hotel in a green environment, quite close to the station and to the town center.Nice decoration in the vast bedrooms (ca 20 m2 so close to Paris!) with historical reminders of the history of Rueil Malmaison. Hotel quite clean et breakfast with good quality products (mostly local) Very good value for the money for our1 night-stay on a Weekend.
