    Room and hotel was nothing like advertised

    I chose this hotel because it advertised that it had an inner quiet courtyard with the deluxe room. Also because it advertised as clean and modern. Nothing could be further than the truth. The hotel didn’t have an inner courtyard at all!! Our room faced a noisy street. The room and the hotel were not clean. When I complained to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do, told me to leave them alone they were too busy to talk with me and told me I could leave the hotel.

    Small room, ideal for sleeping and short stays. Bathroom was fine, shower a bit small. All was good!

    The room was just what we needed for our short stay. The hotel had had what we needed. Is was close to many restaurants shops. We didn’t expect to experience.

    Great location but disappointing hotel

    Great location, great staff BUT poor hotel and insensitive owner.We stayed for 3 nights in a ‘superior’ room. Small, but that is to be expected in Paris. 2nd day the shower AND bedroom flooded because of a blocked drain. We were moved to a lesser (tiny) room with a window overlooking the elevator shaft. Following morning there was no hot water for any hotel guests. Third night we were moved back to a superior room. We asked for some financial gesture that recognised our poor experience, but the (remote) owner offered nothing more than the difference in room prices. During our stay we also saw other guests checking out early and seeking reimbursement. So disappointing.

    Quiet, friendly hotel in a great location for Metro etc and short walk to Notre. Only niggle was room was extremely warm as heating centrally set.
