  Our family of four had a lovely stay here last week. Both our twin rooms had been recently renovated and were very clean and comfortable. The rooms weren't that big but we expected that and had no problem with it. The reception staff were great, very friendly and nothing was any trouble. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, instead we used the lovely boulangerie next door. There's another good one just along the road as well as a Carrefour supermarket for any bits and pieces you need. The hotel is well placed for exploring in the Montmartre area, only about 10/15 minutes walk or so (steps involved) from Place du Tertre and the Sacre Coeur and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We used the public bus quite a bit, there was a stop just along the road which took us right to the Louvre and other stops close by to get to other areas/landmarks.We would recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on a future visit.

  Superb stay!

  Fantastic from the moment we arrived! We got to Paris earlier than usual check in time but wanted to drop our bags off. Luckily they checked if a room was available and kindly allowed us to check in earlier. The room was small but exactly what we need for a 1 night stay in the city.   We stayed here at the beginning and end of a rail trip to Nice. The rooms are, as you would expect for Paris, quite small but serviceable enough. The bathrooms are tiny and the one in our first room was a miracle of engineering to get all that in the space of a large cupboard. Nevertheless it was all there and included very nice rainfall shower. Beds were comfortable and aircon efficient.The breakfast was comprehensive enough and the decor was refreshing. Staff were invariably friendly and helpful. Useful that although there is no room safe you can have an individual drawer safe in the reception area.The Hotel is a short walk from the Lamarck Caulaincourt Metro stop but do be aware that there is a flight of steps to negotiate across the road from the station entrance - so remember that when you are leaving and carrying luggage.Location of the Hotel is quite residential but there are plenty of places to eat and drink a short stroll away. Also easy to walk round the main points of interest in Montmartre - including the Sacre Coeur - but you will be going uphill a fair bit. Obviously the Metro being so close means its easy to get to the main sights of central Paris.

  Staff went above and beyond!

  Such a great hotel in a fantastic location!! AC was cold, rooms clean, and beds comfortable. Staff went above and beyond by storing our cheese for us in their refrigerator for a few days while we went to south of France before returning back to Paris. Cannot say enough good things!! Great value for price. Less than 5 min walk to metro. Many food options very nearby. Front desk is staffed 24hrs a day and they were always willing to assist us. We stayed in twin room— twin beds right next to each other but with own bedding—room was small but comfortable. I would stay here again!

  Belies it's 3 stars, a little gem in the heart of a bustling area

  Could not rate this hotel any higher. Our trip has been amazing and made more so by the staff at the hotel; superb!Collectively, these are the most helpful staff we have ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble for them.Yes, as others have said, the rooms are small. We were staying for 3 days and out all day exploring Paris, so it was not a big deal. The bed was very comfortable, I'm six two and a big lad, and I slept well. One small criticism would be to upgrade the TV to a smart TV, it's nice to have some music/YouTube on while you're getting ready to go out.
